DO NOT RECOMMEND. I started this school in the nursing program. After about a year in I switched my major to a human service degree. I asked several times to talk with an advisor and financial advisors. Got the run around. Have no clue what I was paying for. Had several bills out of pocket even though I had financial aid and loans. Theres no reason money should come out of my pocket. I graduated a year ago, was told I owe them $260 to release my diploma. Cant get in touch with anyone or a straight answer. Complete scam of adults taking advantage of young, naive and vulnerable students. I am now over $30k in debt and have no clue what I was even signed up for.

This school will change advisers up on you with no warning, will give you the run around about when your class will start until the day of. Rasmussen will not contact your loan company to disburse money to pay for your tuition. When you try to get in contact with someone when you finally do they dont listen and a hang up the phone on you. Even when your making monthly payments to pay off your tuition they will threaten to send your account to collections stating the balance was overdue even though they never through email or phone notified there was a due date and when you call the financial office you can never get in contact with them and they dont contact you back even when you left voice messages and tried through multiple phones. I would not go back to this school due to the stress, unprofessionalism, scamming ways and poor customer service.

Horrible horrible. They are running a scam here, and it seems that most of the advisors run on the same script for scam. This is blatant theft and abuse and I would love to be a participant in a class action lawsuit, or start one. I wan ALLLLLLLL of my money back!

I gave my teas remotely and i passed. I had a vacation scheduled so i thought id enroll after coming back since they say your teas is valid for one year. Now i came back and reached out to the school for enrollment, all of a sudden their policy changed. Now they dont accept online teas anymore. Like why the f*** i wasted my time and money. Worst school

This school is a NIGHTMARE. I started back in October of 22, and initially I loved the school. However, going into my second quarter in ******* was terrible. My initial advisor *************************** and my admissions advisor *********************** made my program transfer terrible, and they never completed it, I sent them numerous emails and they ignored them all, my current advisor ******************* was able to fix their mistakes and get me enrolled (although the quarter already started). I have had nothing but issues in regards to the financial aid team, I have been trying to get all aid cancelled with this school for over a month now and have been lied to by 2 financial advisors and the director of financial aid *************************** that all loans were canceled. (I have email proof) In fact I just learned I had duplicate loans taken out with Rasmussen. Now that the second quarter is over I have been trying to withdraw from the school for a MONTH, my advisor claims she put the request in on Friday, however, I was just charged for 2 textbooks and registered for 3 new courses. Despite not confirming my schedule, and there being a withdrawal request submitted. This school is disorganized, they lie to you constantly, and a nightmare to work with. AVOID Rasmussen.

HORRIBLE. RUN! This school does not care about its students. Only the money! They are unorganized, unprofessional, and will switch policies making it harder for you to succeed even when youre so close to graduating. They incorporated this new Ati policy which if you dont obtain a level 2 even if youre passing the actual class exams and assignments and clinicals you automatically fail the class! They changed this while I was further along in the program instead of just making that law for the new students entering. Theyre on probation for risk of accreditation. Also, I dont know how my times my schedule has gotten changed last minute and I can go on! Just dont waste your time, money, or energy. Your mental health will get ruined!

This school is money hungry and will set you up for failure. The professors or teachers are harsh and non compassionate graders. I was given an F on a paper because the teacher didn't like my topic. A topic that we were free to choose. The academic advisors are of no help. Financial aid is a joke. I would pay off a balance and all of a sudden there would be another balance that they were "unsure" how it got there. They will change the price of your program and not tell you until the end of your education.

If I could give them a negative star I would. There expectations of the students are high but when they don't fallow through that is ok. I spent was to much money with them to get no where in there program. 1. changed exam times with no notice 2. changed exam times with less the 14 hr notice (notice after 5pm) 3. if you have accommodations make sure they are specific because if you have to take at another campus they change things with out telling you. They do not communicate with you and when things go wrong you hear that this is a college and you should be prepared. All they worry about is making sure that they get paid. While waiting for my appeal they kept telling me to pay pay pay. And do not go here if you need to work because they want you to work less than 24 hrs a week but make sure they get there money. Appeals process is a waste of time they have you write letters but then say you don't qualify. The school should be held responsible for testing issues for students with accommodations and for not giving proper notice to their student s the stress of an exam is enough but to have login issues and testing time changes can cause a panic attack or anxiety issues to become unbearable and to try to calm down and focus is not always possible.

This school is absolutely horrible. I was at **********, il campus. My classmate and I had similar family issues and wrote appeals together with similar proof. Hers was accepted and mine was not. The **** contacted me several times stating my appeal was approved when it wasn't. I was forced to enroll in the repeat class after it had already started and they had put new rules for exams in place. I was notified of the new rules last minute. The administration is absolutely horrible and most the instructors shouldn't be instructors. I have had a difficult time since I started there and they do not like to work with students with disabilities.
