      They are fraudulent! They refuse to pay bills by ANY means necessary. They billed doctors appointments to insure I had with them FIVE YEARS AGO instead of the CURRENT insurance I have with them. By doing this they claimed I had no coverage on the date of service. It takes multiple phone calls to get them to admit their error. Just when I thought everything was settled they started the same fraudulent scheme with new doctor ********** had. Im 63 and have had multiple providers over the years. I have NEVER had a company be this FRAUDULENT in the way attempt to NEVER pay a bill!

      Absolute garbage. Can't get in contact with anyone, PA's and appeals get you nowhere, departments don't communicate with each other. Paying for health insurance is pointless when they don't cover anything and reject your medications -- not because of a miscommunication of coverage, but because they're simply denying covering like you don't exist. It's no wonder this company is going out of business.

      This insurance company is the worst, They dont pay the bills, they try to prolong it. Its been a year and didnt pay their end of medical bills, now I have to pay the whole bill out of pocket.The network of doctors are not that good.

      My name ****************** of **** this is the worst insurance company ever they took my money every month for a full year and has denied my every claim for injections and surgeries every one...I wish I could find a attorney and *** this ripoff company...people give them 1 star I give them 0 they are garbage..and the people who work for them and are trained too lie to the people are also garbage....the government needs to step in and help the poor people that they have ripped off and people should go to jail and get the poor people there money back..plus pain and suffering.... you have been warned stay away

      In the Rewards program, there was a reward if completing 20 wellness lessons on Nov 20, 2022 and another 20 Wellness lessons on Dec 01, 2022. The reward balance suppose to be added into my reward account within 3 days from finishing the lessons. Its been since Nov 20 and I did not receive both rewards, Nov and Dec. I called them more that 4 time about the issue and every time they are providing me with a different reference number to follow up with. So far my rewards balance still zero and this issue has been more than 23 days. Its a SCAM. Shame on you.

      This company consistently declines claims for a fully paid customer. They take my money every month yet they decline my claims to say I am not an active member. Then when I call to discuss the issue, they tell me that they will escalate my claim. The escalation takes months and then I get the same result. I wish I could give a ZERO star.

      They cover nothing. Not your prescriptions, visits or any care. Doctors don't deal with them because they don't pay them either so finding a primary that will accept them is next to impossible. Every trip to the pharmacy will end with you being told that the medicine isn't covered. As a bonus, they are leaving ******** and dumping everyone on the curb while covering nothing on their way out of town. Absolute scam of a company, avoid at all costs.

      If I could give this sham of a company a 0 I would. First visit was supposed to be free, instead I got charged for it. They processed the claim incorrectly and have yet to correct it. I have tried appeals and spent hours on the phone. I have been dealing with this for almost 12 months trying to get the claim covered. It has been a complete nightmare. I will never use bright health again after this year is over. **************** is no help, they couldn't give me any concrete information and the paperwork sent to me conflicted the paperwork sent to the doctors office. I finally paid the medical bill out of pocket to keep it from going to collections since Bright Health is so incompetent. STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHT HEALTH!

      Back in May of 2022 I had to have an emergency heart surgery while traveling outside of ***. Prior to this surgery I called Bright Health and they assured that if not all but most of my surgery expenses will be covered once I file proper paperwork via their claim system. Since about July I have been in constant contact (sometimes call them daily or weekly) with their ****************** who continues to assure me about the claim in progress. Every time when I asked to escalate this claim to their escalation department, I never received a call back. Last time I called on around 11/10, and asked to speak to a supervisor, an agent continued to tell me that they don't have an available supervisor and then she simply hung up on me. This is the worse, useless, and unprofessional insurance company I have ever dealt with. Nor only they are expensive, but they also don't have a proper way of resolving any customer concerns or claims. Now they are sending me a renewal bill. Look elsewhere if you are shopping for a health insurance company.

      I continue to run into incompetentcy throughout this process. Escalation is never escalated, call backs never happen. Management (if involved) never seem to respond to their subordinates to assist with this issue. I would not recommend this company.
