    I've suffered with tinnitus and high frequency hearing loss for many years.(61) year old male.Could never really afford Hearing aids.Well after some embarrassing Hearing situations I decided I had to finally purchase so**** did a lot of research on getting the best I could afford.Lively came out on top of the list.I can not be more happier with my choice.I can hear things so much clearer now it blows me away.The whole process is easy and straightforward.The customer service is unbelievable!Always there for you. On top of Hearing better I haved noticed my tinnitus is slightly better.Added bonus!They just flat out work well!The sound clarity is so natural to **** rarely leave reviews , I had to with this amazing product!

    I had the pleasure of working with ***** and ***** while trying to figure out what was going on with my right hearing aid. ***** advised me that I needed to do a wire swap to see if it was the wire or actual hearing aid itself. I did the wire swap and found out that it’s the actual hearing aid itself that was not working. After that, I received an e-mail from ***** requesting my address so Lively could ship a new set. Might I add, I’m getting a NEW set for FREE. I’ve ALWAYS had to pay thousands of dollars on new hearing aids every three or four years. I’m at a complete loss for words. I absolutely LOVE Lively and will continue to spread the word! I love that my hearing aids connect to my phone. I love that there are so many options in the Lively app, as well. I love that I can contact someone immediately and my issues are ALWAYS resolved. I have used Lively for quite some time now and have never had a bad experience. Thank you *****, *****, and the Lively Team! You’re all AMAZING!

    We are having a difficult time getting ahold of Lively. My husband was having difficulty with hearing static, right out of the box. During a virtual visit we were told that this had been a recent problem they were having. So when he got a replacement pair that had static he sent them back. That was 10 months ago now. We have emailed, started chats and phone calls without a reply. By the way, after an hour of waiting on hold they automatically hang up on you.

    I have used hearing aids for seven years. After spending $7000 back then and needed repair of my Hearing aids presently, the cost to repair my 7 year old aids was approximately $1000 each. I heard the LIVELY ad on ****. I called and ********* was excellent with me. She answered all my questions. I took the online hearing test and I ordered after speaking to ********* via email. She was awesome and so helpful. I had a conversation with ************** and my hearing aids were shipped configured to my hearing test. They worked perfectly out of the box after I charged the rechargeable case and hearing aids. I had a ZOOM meeting with ********, who was incredible. She spent over an hour with me helping me better understand the proper fit and adjusting the settings. She sent out additional supplies which I received in 2 days. I am hearing better, clearer and the Lively2Plus work perfectly. Lively customer service is extraordinary. The 100 day trial period is a great FREE feature to make use of. For the price I was going to pay to have one of my 7 year old hearing aids repaired, I got 2 new Lively hearing aids with 3 year full warranty and unlimited customer service adjustments and supplies. I am very happy with my Lively hearing aids and the service. Take it from me, before you spend thousands of dollars for hearing aids, contact Lively. I am sure they will help you as they helped me. I am not only hearing better and clearer, but I saved thousands of dollars. Thank you *********, ******************************** and the Lively Team.
