    bought enhance 200 in june 2023-they lasted three weeks then the left side hearing aid died. Trying to contact anyone at jabra was a waste of my time. Twenty minutes on hold and I gave up on them. Try technical support, left call back and ofcourse an hour later someone calls, but now I'm gone. It's like that with every try at jabra. When I finally spoke to live persons they could not grasp that besides the poor fit and jabras refusal to send me the correct reciever wire there was the left side that broke and had zero sound. Then after I cancel order and request a refund they send emails to try to help and never want to replace the aids. This company has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. If the company had cared, communicated AND listens to the customer AND the aids worked I wouldn't be wasteing my time with complaints etc. The jabra hearing aids may be good but the company is trouble trouble trouble be warned.

    I MUST say a few words about Jabra hearing aids. Jabra Enhance, I think they call themselves. I have had their hearing aids - originally the company was Lively Hearing Aids - and am not only very pleased with the product, the company support is extraordinary. I really cant applaud them enough. I have had very few problems, but enough to realize their support has not been a fluke. Bravo, Jabra. It is much too common these days to experience mediocre support at best from many firms. Jabra exceeds my expectations on every level.

    I was ready to purchase these hearing aids online, but had a few simple questions. I made an appointment to speak to a representative, who never called. I communicated with online chat, who said a rep would call within two hours. Nobody ever called. I made a new appointment to speak with a rep. **** again, nobody ever called. I sent two emails to customer service, with automatic replies assuring a response within ***** hours. That was days ago. I have never received a response, but I get multiple automated sales emails every day.I'm convinced this company is a scam. At the very least, if they're legitimate, I now know I can't rely on customer service after sale.

    Jabra is awful. My father bought these hearing aids from Lively and they were decent for service. Since Jabra has taken over the service is awful to non-existent. We scheduled an appointment that was cancelled the day before it was supposed to happen. We rescheduled and were reminded about the phone appointment 2hours before it was to happen with an email. 10min after the appointment with no call, we phoned them. We were on hold for 45min only to be told that the person who was supposed to call ** was from sales and since we already had hearing aids he did not bother to call or contact ** to cancel. The person that answers the phone cannot help only can reschedule again. Our next appointment is set for 10days away. We will see what happens...If you think you will need service or help with set up or adjustment I would not recommend this company.

    My purchase experience was a pleasure. The Jabra representatives were caring and very helpful. And, after hearing aids arrived the audiologist who conducted my orientation video call could not have been better. I have been using the hearing aids for a few weeks now but they are working flawlessly. My whole experience has been highly impressive. Thanks Jabra

    Incredible commercial but upon researching price/benefits and functions, which appears to be Bose Bluetooth and hearing aid I have been requesting my phone and have them in my contacts and I have not yet heard back from them and apparently they’re only open till 5 o’clock or they seem to be closed But I also sent email with zero response? hmmm?

    I use to love Lively customer support but now I can’t get support and when I do you have to wait weeks. Was recommending product to my father in law but because of the horrible support suggested he stay with ******. At lost what to do.

    I am.not yet ready to evaluate the hearing aids since i dont yet have them. I do hope they will be here very soon. But the customer service is absolutely inept. I have emails demonstrating incompetence that is really shocking, scheduling appointments for dates a week back. Calling them is impossible. No answer and an automated message that advises that they will return your call which is followed hours later by an automated message that theyre not going to call you back after all.

    Beware, they are not compatible with android version 12. I am unable to use my hearing aids since my cellphone upgraded to version 12. I am also unable to contact their support group as they fail to call back. If you have an iPhone, you will find the hearing aids are fine. They need to address the issue with android users.

    God forbid you return the hearing aids for a refund, it's been over 3 weeks and all I get is that it's been escalated to upper management. Not sure why it's so difficult to get a check from a big company like this. They have a 100-day trial and I returned the hearing aids within a week of having them.
