5 starsClient ******, I bought two parcels of land from this company in one year and the people there were very friendly and helped me with the buying process. Buying land is often trying or a bit slow so do not get discouraged if the process turns out that way. Once you have bought the land and it is recorded by deed you have reached the goal post!Review fromZac R

5 starsAs mentioned by one reviewer, the entire experience was easy, painless, and transparent! The communication was clear, excellent, and surprisingly quick. Although I have a copy of the deed sent through email with the Mohave County registration stamp showing me as the new owner, ( I paid cash), they informed me it will take 4 to 6 weeks for my name to appear on the County website as the new owner. I was able to confirm this by calling the County directly. Who knew land purchase could be this easy?Review fromShawn M

Hi ******, I am so sorry that you had a poor experience. Sometimes we'll even pay above what we offer. We send out thousands of offers every month and use averages in geographic areas. Sometimes the averages are wrong and we have to adjust our offers based on the area. Other times it's something specific on a property. There may be specific properties issues. For example, we are surprised when properties don't have legal access. Other times, they have little to no physical access. Yet other times people haven't been keeping up on properties taxes or *************** and owe back taxes and fees. In other cases, properties are super steep and would be difficult to build on. Some have all the utilities available and others don't. We have to adjust our pricing based on many many different criteria and this is what happened in your particular case.
