  Hi!I have worked with this company flon two real estate purchases. I bought a five acre lot in ******** and an acre lot in **********, **.Both transactions went smoothly. If I wanted to I could have financed them which is very helpful! Instead, I opted for the cash discount. This company emails me regularly and offers discounts for purchase. I used one such "coupon" which saved me $200.00!! Every ***** counts!I received the deed quickly from their office and all the paperwork went smoothly.I even charged the purchase on my credit card and received 2% Cashback on the deal! No credit card fee!You will not be disappointed. Your only problem will be deciding which property and whether to finance it!   These people are trying to scam people out of their property. They sent a letter offering just under $22,000 to purchase two 11 acre Mississippi River frontage lots. Really, for prime building lots? I hope they don't scam any older residents into thinking their land isn't worth anything. They are either dishonest or completely ignorant of real estate market conditions.

  The process was so fast and easy it was almost unbelievable. This can only be accredited to ****** and ****'s hard work and dedication to their craft. When you work with this company, you can be assured that the deal involved is made to be fair for both parties involved. And no, it is not a scam, I thought the same thing but they are legally attached to all of the land they are selling.

  Great company! Great opportunity to own land. My experience was that --at each stage-- they did everything that they promised and in a timely fashion too.When I purchased the land I bought, my situation dictated that I make use of the owner financing option. In hindsight, I am really grateful that this was available as an option as I got a piece of land that I like and haven't seen another that I have liked as much since then - or not for the price point. After making the easily-managed and reasonably low payments for a little more than a year, it became possible for me to pay off the remainder of the loan, and the payment and transition of title was also just as seamless as the initially financed purchase process. My experience has been that positive that I am finding myself preferring to look to them again for my next prospective land purchase instead of reaching out to other sellers with parcels in similar/same areas. I think it's wonderful that **** and the team make this opportunity available and wish him nothing but success in this business.
