Please do not buy from this brand because they do not stand by their product, and they can't even supply the parts to repair under warranty.Toro sent a defective lawn mower (purchased from Toro.com). I had to wait a week to bring it into the assigned dealer because they only accepted Saturday repair drop offs. The dealer never contacted me, and I had to call for repeatedly for updates. Ultimately, they could not get the part from Toro. When I learned the part was unavailable, I contacted Toro for a return. They would not accept the return because it was past 30 days (from the purchase date - not the date of delivery). They told me to wait until the out-of-stock part arrived, even though they could not say when it would be available. The customer service was completely unhelpful. They would not give me any portion of refund either. Now I have a brand new electric lawn mower that cannot be returned or repaired. How is this even possible? Toro has swindled me out of $850.00. I bought because of their good name. All they offered as a resolution was Corporate contact info available on their website - seriously?! If you are listening Corporate, you are losing money because lifetime engagement is built on customer experience. You lost a lifetime customer. How many others will you lose due to your poor processes and terrible customer service?

Was a Toro dealer for many years. The last few years, support from them has really gone downhill. Last year they decided to mandate dealers to sell their battery powered products and they started charging more fees that greatly reduced profit margins. Toro, big box stores, and other online retailers sell Toro products online for close to what I can buy their products for, then they expect my business to solve their warranty issues at reduced compensation. The quality of their products have become sub-par, as they struggle to maintain relevancy. Early this year, I finally decided to cancel my dealership. They recently charged my company an annual service fee. Because I was no longer a dealer, I asked for a refund. They would only refund half, showing they'll squeeze out every cent they can. Just proves being a Toro dealer is not worth the effort. Toro forgot one important customer (the local servicing dealer) is the backbone of their business. Without it, consumers are left without support.

Do not buy Toro Lawnmowers. If I could give negative stars I would. Bought a brand new Toro lawnmower and within 10 minutes of use the lawnmower died. It took 5 minutes to restart the lawnmower only for it to die 10 minutes later. Contacted Toro **************** and have never been more disappointed in an outcome. Toro recommended I get it serviced but stated it would possibly cost money out of my pocket to get it fixed. Let me get this straight, so I apparently didn't spend enough money purchasing a brand new lawn mower now I have to spend more money to repair a brand new lawn mower? Not only was customer service useless, so is my new lawn mower. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement for a company and I am hear to tell you if you are in the market for a lawnmower DO NOT BUY TORO!

Got a brand new lawnmower and had bad oil leak after first use. Been at authorized dealer 4 months and still not fixed. Toro refuses to let me talk to anyone and keeps telling me the dealer has to work with Toro. I want an explanation from Toro why this isnt being done and keep giving the dealer the run around!!!! Worse customer service Ive ever seen. Will never buy from them again!!!

Toro Snow blower-- Battery operated. Got the unit Christmas 2021, very little snow and tested it on maybe 1/2" accumulation. I stored it after that with the battery fully charged, and not on the unit or charger. Go to charge it around November 10, 2022 the battery is not working and will not charge, tried everything to get it to charge, and got three lights to show but it is not charged and only flashes red on the charger. I bought a small battery for a ridiculous $200 at 1/4 of the capacity that came with the unit (lasts maybe ten minutes on a full charge). Snow blower works, new battery works, charger works (but only for ten minutes). Simple Answer- battery that came with the unit is shot. Contact all authorized service providers and that is a joke, no one call or contacts back, 2 of 3 are no longer authorized providers, take it the last one possible (that wouldn't answer, respond, or return contact) in January, dead of winter, and show them how it is just the battery as already explained. Their answer "We have to keep it and we won't be able to get to it till April." So I already showed you how the simple snow blower battery is malfunctioning and not charging, it has nothing to do with the unit or charger, and you want to keep it till spring? When I wont need it, and the battery will probably just go bad again before next winter. So Please tell me how you can even consider this a warranty? Send me a battery or refund my purchase! If you can't provide your warranty service in a reasonable amount of time what good is it? Would rate zero if I could! Seriously considering lawsuit, it seems like a very common problem and the company doesn't want to do anything about it! Over $800 wasted on a snow blower and the company will not stand behind their product or their warranty. Shame. Shame. Shame.

I purchased a Toro ***** snow blower 10/10/22 because of Toro's advertisement. The snow blower does not perform to my expectations and need in 3 inches of wet heavy snow. **** blower bog's down and i have to stop to let motor speed pick back up. Both batteries where fully charged at room temperature. Toro customer service stinks. I will only even give them one star cause i have no other option. would prefer no star! The first Toro product that i purchased is a lemon. Will not recommend Toro!
