    The 1 star reviews say it all! My father was taken to the emergency room in late 2022 and provided service by a doctor associated with this company. He passed away in early 2023. A few months later, I started to receive letters telling me that a bill for these services, for over $900, would be turned over to collections. I hadn't seen any previous bills. It turned out they billed him by text! He was in his late 70s and never used text messaging. After numerous calls, I finally got the bill taken care of with no help from this company. They hadn't even submitted the charges to ********. My father was only on the hook for less than $35.00 once ******** kicked ******* forward to now. My mother was brought to the emergency room for a serious illness in January of this year. She passed away the next day. Once again, I receive a bill from this company. This time they managed to get it in the mail. However, once again, it is a massive bill and I am quite certain that they didn't submit it to ********. They won't even talk to me about it until I provide proof that I am my mother's executor, which will take another month or two. ******** company! People in this country have to stop pretending that we have sensible health care. It's garbage!

    I think i got scammed by these people. They stole my information from the hospital and directly charged my credit card monthly transaction. I disputed the transactions and got refunded. And then got charged again. ******* finally decided its a fraud business, and blocked my card. Now they emailed me a bill with no credible information other than the information they stole.

    I never received a bill from this company; instead, they sent it directly to collections. I'm a 100% disabled veteran, and they should have sent the bill to the ** for payment. I looked in my VA online portal, and they never submitted a bill. When I called the collections agency, they stated that they had no phone number on file for this company to provide me. The collection agency also said it was never billed to the insurance company. They will try to get an itemized bill and send it to me so I can do the legwork to get it paid through my ************'s terrible that a collection agency had to get involved without even trying to contact me first, and it's even worse that they didn't attempt to bill my insurance.THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT VETERANS!

    Don't like getting my bill via text. Can't use the site to pay my bill either because it's not working, doesn't recognize my account info. Was told when I called it may take a couple days to get fixed.Not feeling comfortable about this process.

    I received a billing statement without any description of service. Tried calling the number for billing questions provided on the statement and recording stating I was calling outside of the hours. Per the statement Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm, I called at 8:20.

    I took my young daughter to out local hospital emergency room for a crisis and unknowingly was assigned a doctor that was severely neglectful from Emergency Physicians Professional Association (EPPA). After a harrowing series of events, I wrote a complaint letter to The ********************. This is when I learned I had not seen a doctor ******** by the hospital! Shouldn't that been disclosed to me?I have been unable to located credentials, a medical license or anything from the doctor we saw at ******************** and have now had to demand this information from the hospital in writing.

    Like everyone else this company seems like a SCAM. You get billed by EPPA and I made 2 payments via bill pay and have proof they received and cashed my payments back in may and june and still today tell me they have my account on hold and have expedited the issues. They tell me this every month and I call every month! I wished I had not made any payments to this company. It's Oct 9th and still no answer on why they are holding my payments hostage and not applying to my *************************

    If I could do 0 stars, I would. I had the same experience as most people on here: received a bill around the same time as the hospital bill, but thought they were duplicates for the same ER visit. Paid the hospital bill because the **** one looked weird. Received another one six months later saying if they didn't receive my payment in 10 days it would go to collections. Why are people being charged from two different agencies for one hospital visit? Also, why charge people $1000 for cleaning and sewing up a 2 cm wound when they also had to pay $1000 for the chair they sat on and the waiting room they sat in for 4 hours?

    0 stars, total scam. Received a bill today, 6 months after my visit, didn't list services received, didn't even have my correct insurance info, called several times, left messa**s during business hours, never heard back from anyone. Tried to call their. **************** line. They had no record of my acct# or date of birth..Call my insurance company. They assured me they paid what the hospital billed them for and I paid my deductible. How is this Company allowed to **t away with this. Have filed a complaint with the atty ** era's office
