    On May 30, 2024, my daughter visited Feldmann Imports in ***********, ** to finalize her first car purchase. This was our familys third vehicle purchase from this dealership, yet she was treated with a lack of care, urgency, and professionalism.She was working with finance *** *********, who pressured her to buy a warranty. When she declined, he became hostile and said:If youre not gonna get the warranty, get out of my office.Shaken and scared, she left her purse and $1,200 in cash on the desk and called her mother crying. Her mother advised her to go to the bathroom to calm down. I became so concerned that I called the police to ensure she had a safe ****** and the situation wouldnt escalate.When she returned, only $1,100 was accounted for. Finance manager *** adjusted the loan by $100, but no explanation was provided for the disc***ancy.She was also promised a gift from the dealerships gift shop, which was never delivered. I left a voicemail for *** Feldmann, and ****** told us someone would follow up on Monday, June 2. As of June 6, no one has contacted us.Adding to the concern, a sales *** stated they werent making much money on the deal. During a phone call with *****, he said they had other customers to help, which made it clear they were ******* her and did not view her as a priority. This was incredibly disheartening, especially given that we are returning customers who have purchased three vehicles from this ************* daughter, a young Black woman, left feeling disrespected, unsafe, and emotionally traumatized on what should have been a joyful occasion. The message was clear: she was not valued as a customer.

    Our GSM (*****) spoke with the clients mom.  nothing additional will be provided as our team did absolutely nothing wrong.  The deal changed from the original (titling/registration from one state to a different one) which naturally changed the fee structure and the amount owed, along with time to change the information as a result.  Our team was more then patient with the constant interuptions, including trying to secure an extended warranty prior to the deal even being finalized (Which could have been purchased here, but at the very least could have been done after the papwork was submitted).  Lastly, if our team was in the wrong, the client could have chosen to not go through with the deal VS continuing to sign all of the way through.  

    nothing additional owed, or will to be given as that would be admitting that our team was in the wrong.

    On May 30, 2024, I arrived at Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Bloomington for my appointment with *****************, a car sales professional who had previously sold me a vehicle. I informed ******************** that I was interested in trading my vehicle for a hybrid SUV. He presented me with a Hybrid 2020 E Pace SUV, which I decided to purchase. Shortly after buying the vehicle, I learned that the 2020 E Pace was not a hybrid, and upon further research, I learned that Jaguar did not make a hybrid E Pace option until 2021. On June 21, 2024, I spoke to ***********************, the Luxury Automotive Sales Manager at Feldmann Imports, to report the issue of my recently purchased 2020 E Pace Jaguar not being a hybrid. **************** responded by assuring me that my vehicle was a hybrid, and he invited me for a tutorial on June 24, 2024, so that he could teach me how to operate the hybrid functions of the vehicle. On June 24, 2024, I arrived at my appointment, and after 2 hours of **************** and other sales team members examining the vehicle, he came to me and admitted that the vehicle was not a hybrid. At that time, I asked **************** if I should leave the vehicle, and he told me to keep driving until they found the vehicle I had paid for. He also stated that he has 20 years of car sales experience and would be able to find me the Hybrid SUV. He asked for a few days to look for a hybrid ************* SUV. After a week of waiting to hear from ****************, I reached out to him several times and left voicemails with no response. After my wife spoke to **************** during a service appointment for her vehicle, she asked him to contact me; he called me back and said he was having difficulties finding a Jaguar Hybrid but could offer me a Mercedes or *** hybrid SUV. I reiterated that I wanted a Jaguar hybrid SUV. I have tried to contact **************** several times to inquire about the status of finding me a Jaguar hybrid SUV, but I have yet to receive a call or a response to my voicemails after several weeks.

    ***** has been in contact with the client and discussed us trying to "source" the vehicle of his choice.  We understand that the Jaguar is the only brand he is interested in which makes this a bit more complex.

    ***** will be reaching back out to the client to discuss additional options/solutions as the intent is to "take care of the client".
