    Went with a on/off start problem and check engine light on. I was pretty sure it was the battery causing most of the problem. I was talked into getting there $214. point inspection. I left for lunch and when I returned I was told the main problem found was that my Transmission Control Module was bad and it would cost just under $3000. to be replaced. Knowing a little about cars ( having been a dealer for 30 years) I thought it odd for a car with only 42k miles on it. Thus I decided to get a second opinion.
    Soon after leaving I got a flashing warning to pull over as my car was overheating in the danger zone. I have NEVER had my car overheat! I stopped on the freeway and then drove at a slow speed to get home. I called the service person Toby and left a message about my worry as to the sudden overheating following my service, and wanted him to call me back. I never got a call.
    Thankful I did not have the TCM work done there because I consulted with two different foreign car places both saying it would be odd for a TCM to have to be replaced in a low mileage car. The 2nd place did another point inspection and found a cap screwed on wrong, most likely from the Feldmann inspection, and NO problem with the TCM. They said there was a small area on the water pump that was damaged and causing a 'residual leak'. I totally believe Feldmann damaged it during their inspection just like they couldn't even screw a cap on correctly. With that and making up a problem with the TCM, so they could charge almost $3000. to do work not needing to be done, is totally unforgiveable. Others need to know how unscrupulous Feldmann Imports is so this does not happen to anyone else. Since that happened weeks ago I have not had a single problem with my car thus proving they were scamming me for a new TCM I did not need. Lastly I wrote to Feldmann customer service and again not surprised I did not get a response. Now that I have proof of the scam I will be disputing the charges from them.

    When I purchased my vehicle wit a cashier check the amount was more due to a change of the of the original sale price. I was told I would receive a refund for the difference of the cashier check. I’ve been in contact with the controller and the sales person several times with no respond back. I was told that a check for $451.75 was cut on 5/15/23 and would be mailed on 5/27/23. I haven’t received my refund.

    Check was sent as communicated.  Sales rep called and confirmed with client that payment had been recieved?  if that is not, the case please let us know as I am assuming the timing of this complaint and check being recieved must have overlapped.
