1 starWe drove 5 hours to get a car and when we arrived for our scheduled appt they said the car was sent to auction because it had problems that they only discovered 45 minutes before our scheduled appt. But, they did have BMW’s available for $15,000 - $30,000 MORE than the car we had planned to purchase.Review fromRahim B

1 starTLDR: Scammers
I never really post reviews to begin with but wow what a terrible service experience.
Before coming for service I put new wheels, tires, and TPMS sensors on my car. Toyota requires a special tool in order to program the sensors to the car.
I go into Toyota on a Wednesday and a service advisor told me it will be $100. I told him all I need is the sensors to be programmed. I know the issue. He sets me up with an appointment for 2 days later
I come in and a different advisor helps out, and I tell him what the issue is (same exact situation) and he goes and programs the sensor. I ended up paying ~$200. Which I realize later walser charged me a diagnostic fee????
I don’t need a diagnostic, I already told them the issue it’s extremely simple. I didn’t check the invoice and they ended up charging me so much more. It’s insane to me that they did something like this because I didn’t check. I spoke with Luther and other Walser employees who said the diag fee is BS. Spoke with a service manager and he didn’t care (ofc). We are talking about $100. I really don’t think it’s much in the grand scheme of things, but it’s just malpractice on another level. I’ve worked for walser and Luther and man I would never go to a walser dealer for anything nor would I go to it for service and never again will my friends and family be going.Review fromKara H

1 starThey sold me a lemon and not willing to fix the issues. I have not even owned this car for 2 months and already brought it back once. The gasket needs replacement which will cost almost as much as the car itself. I went to this dealership thinking I could trust them. They probably knew about the mechanical issues but didn’t care to tell me the truth or help now when it’s going to cost so much. I want them to fix it or give me my money back and I will return the car. Horrible experienceReview fromAshley P

We had issues with a vehicle we had purchased from Walser last year. However they worked with us on addressing the issues after we had purchased the vehicle and paid for the issues.Walser Toyota

Took my vehicle in for inspection.
A service person could not answer my question so I asked for someone who could answer it. The general manager took offense to that and basically started arguing with me. It was very rude definitely not customer service orientated the service after the sale is terribleWalser Toyota

I traded in an existing lease for a pre-owned Tacoma, and five weeks later I was called and told that my loan and title could not be processed and that there was a $2800 shortage. Tax for the dealership to buy out the lease was not factored in, and I was asked to make up the difference. I was asked to “re-sign” the loan for the new “Walser No-Haggle Price”. I was already feeling that things were shady because I was pressured into using Toyota financing, so they could run it through the “Certified” program and get me a better rate. The “Certified” inspection failed to find CAM position sensor wiring damage, and the brakes were end of life, I paid for these repairs in the following weeks. Toyota Financial started sending letters and leaving messages asking if I received a title with them listed as the lien holder. I gave up and wrote them a detailed letter explaining the problems with the Walser finance department. I got a call from the Toyota Financial “customer experience“ manager saying that he would look into it. After five months of wondering if I would be able to renew my registration, it finally came in the mail, with a note saying they waived the processing fee. I never want to experience “The Walser Way” again.Walser Toyota

We purchased a vehicle through Walser in June of 2023. The description they had on their site of the vehicle was inaccurate. The sales person we worked with was not friendly or very helpful. Also, they said the vehicle had never been in an accident but upon taking it in after purchasing it to be serviced at a different Toyota they said right away there had been body work done on the front bumper of the car. Accident or not for this body work we asked the questions but they lied to us about it. This dealer was very dishonest in not only their listing but the things they said to us. We also have been waiting 3 months for our license plates to come as they were completing all the registration for that.
Overall, a very dishonest, devious, rude, dealership that has no concern for their customers.Walser Toyota

Talk about crooked dealership(s) well add this one to the list. Do NOT ever do business with this place, not only will they lie and deceive you, they will take advantage of you as well. They tried to sell me a 14yr old vehicle at nearly double the KBB price. I told them that and they said they don't base their vehicles off of KBB. Yet I was offered a price to buy my vehicle based on KBB values. Then when confronted, they say they only use that as a tool. Yet they based my vehicles value from KBB and told me what they were going to sell it for which was based on KBB. Lies & deceit. Just another typical crooked dealership that you need to stay away from! Please tell everyone and anyone you can to NEVER do business with a crooked company like Walser Toyota!!Walser Toyota

We made an appointment online on Tuesday hoping the truck we wanted to see wasn’t going to be sold until we were able to get to see it on Friday(today) at 1pm. The morning of Friday(today), the truck was still available. We showed up to the shop exactly at 1pm, just to get told we were not allowed to see the car because another person who is driving 2 hours away is already on the way. Mind you, they told us on the phone prior to coming in that there was no holding and that it was first come first served only, but Chris R. and another salesperson(Asian looking) were telling us because this other person is coming 2 hours away, they have to let this person see it first. BS! I called to speak to someone on the phone about their “holding policy” and there was none. Chris R. said whoever we spoke to on the phone must be a new person. Now the car is sold and we never even gotten to test drive or see how the interior looks like! Would like this review be sent to manager!Walser Toyota

Extremely Disappointed!! I bought my Truck In July 2021 Using my ****************** which toke MY hard work 9 years to build. On 12/24/2021 5 months after I bought my Truck, the truck broke down. Prior to this I spent almost over 2 months time trying to get Walser to service the Truck or at least take a look at(Fully aware it was not COVERED under warrantee) Just look at it and see what is going on with my Truck. Fast forward a year later take the Truck in Engine NEEDS to Replaced + Manifold(which is discontinued) both Need to be replaced. AFTER paying almost $7,000.00 to get the truck purchased in the First place + Since Now $$ spent (From My children and Household expenses that was barely able to afford and in some cases not at all)... to get it just to be looked at 1 year later and the outcome = (this price tag doesn't even included the $$ already paid out) $9,200.00+ to replace the engine and manifold if the manifold can be found... Never again for WALSER. I really feel exhaustedly taken advantaged of Absolutely by WALSER, Never again! Shameful.Walser Toyota
