      TRIA Orthopedic Center Maple Grove clearly advertises an orthopedic URGENT CARE on their building and website. Although they intake patients as an urgent care, they bill patients as regular office visit instead of an urgent care visit. This can cause some patients to be billed as out-of-network and create increased medical costs. Although the doctors and nurses that treated my family's broken bones and sprains all took very good care of us, this is false advertisement. When you are made to think you are visiting an urgent care, the medical visit should be billed as such. This method of billing has caused my family increased medical costs and taken up much of my time. Had I known this, I would have visited another nearby medical facility. They should stop advertising as an urgent care and use another description for the services they provide.
