    BUYER BEWARE of this business!!! I purchased a 2014 ***** Sonic in July of 2024 from ******** for use as a tow vehicle for my RV. Although it had ****** miles, the exterior was in good condition and there was a documented report from Ace that reflected a thorough vehicle inspection report that included, but was not limited to, no leaking fluids of any kind. In addition, I was led to believe (verbally) that the valve cover gasket was replaced and the turbo seals inspected as "good" (a common Sonic issue). Shortly after buying the car, (3-5 days) I noticed both oil and antifreeze leaking onto my driveway. I documented this with photos and approached Ace in person to discuss the issue and reach a reasonable compromise for resolution. I was told by both my Sales person (****) and Sales manager (******) that I would get a call from the Owner (****?)...it never happened.Since then, I have replaced the antifreeze reservoir tank that failed while in tow in **********, SD (stress cracks on back side that finally failed....$80 + my labor). Oil leaks continued until a returned to ******** where I went to a reputable mechanic who replaced the valve cover and gasket. The cover was clearly warped, and it was apparent someone had recently replaced the gasket but simply put the bad/warped valve cover back on ($260 at shop). I also replaced both rear hub/bearing assemblies to get rid of a rear end howling noise ($250 + my labor). Finally, I also had problems with the check engine light for a time that I was able to remedy myself.If the Owner bothers to read this review, there may be some response about "it's a used car after all" or "you should have tried harder to reach out" or some such nonsense. However, I have since learned from sharing my story with others in the area that allegedly most locals know better than to buy from ********** due to their reputation for flipping auction vehicles and questionable practices. I wish I would have gotten the memo earlier!!

Our customer was contacted immediately by **** to offer not only his apology over the situation and how it was mishandled, but also a resolution to the described complaint, all has been resolved!

    Bought a truck with my first ever loan. With in 2 days the engine light came on. Needs coils, plug wires, and spark plugs. ********** light keeps coming on. I replaced the oil sensor and a not even a week later the light came on again. I'm a single my and I had already went through 2 vehicles with in 3 months because of shady people. I had went back because this loan is over ******. They turned their back on me. Now I'm stuck with a broke down vehicle cause I don't have over *****. To get it fixed. I'm very upset that fact that I have gotten the short end of the stick.

    ***** was very helpful and respectful in trying to find a vehicle to fit my daughters budget. He is mechanical minded, practical and outgoing. We enjoyed working with him.

    *****, sorry to hear you had issues. Did you contact your salesperson? Management has not heard anything of you having any issues. I can tell you we most certainly wash our vehicles, they may not be detailed to like new condition, but they all go through the reconditioning process.

    Sold my daughter a vehicle that she has nothing but trouble with She has had it for only two weeks they want her to spend another ******* to fix it. They will not give me the business owner phone number.
