    Agree with the comments below. However, selling an average handgun will not get you what you think it's worth. They lowball the heck out of your gun.

    First experience purchasing from guns.com Secured a hard to find new-in-box 2024 blued Colt Python 6'. Easy process to purchase, shipped out very promptly and I received exactly what was ordered. Got notices when item was shipped and tracking. Very professional. I would not hesitate using this service for acquisition of new items and will certainly use anew especially for those hard to find items that are not readily available through local dealers.

    Great facilities for purchasing handguns that other FFL dealers tell you that the item is not available.After 2months I received an email saying that my purchase would be canceled. I contacted SIG ***** to see where I could find the item they connected me to Gun.Com. I received my item in one week after I placed my order. Best service ever

    Purchasing, shipping, tracking, and delivery were all flawless and their site is very user friendly.

    Purchased a nice backup/pocket gun. Really like it. Can't say the same for Guns.com. Good communication in the beginning up until the "certified" return period expired. Then nothing. Had issue with the mags. They were not as described. Guns.com offered a solution and I countered offer them and no reply. Sent a couple more emails and still nothing. I can only imagine if this was not a "Certified" gun. Probably won't even function. Buyer BEWARE.

    On 06/05/24 I ordered a magazine for my Remington 740 woodsmaster..30-.06 sprg. Guns.com website said this stock number# MGMP1671BLK upcoming description MAGPUL PMAG 5 AC L AICS STD 5RD BLK. I paid a total of $49.16 total includes shipping. The item arrived and it to big for my rifle I contacted Guns.com and they wanted me to send pictures so I did and 3 days later this is what they said.
    "Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern with us. We understand how frustrating it must be to find that the cartridge doesn't fit your Remington Woodmaster 740.
    Unfortunately, according to our return policy, we cannot process returns or exchanges for magazines as they are final sale items. However, we recommend contacting the manufacturer, Magpul, for further assistance. It appears that your rifle requires specific magazines due to its age, and the one you purchased is likely designed for more modern firearms.
    I contacted Magpul they said they have no affiliation with Guns.com and they don't even carry the magazine I need for my rifle. Guns.com refused to fix their mistake and basically robbed me without a gun. They are not willing to make things right by changing out the item for the right one. Instead they suggest I look elsewhere because of the age of my rifle. Don't waste your money here unless you are 100% sure you will get what you are paying for because once you pay if there is something wrong it's the customer lost. Don't do business with them find a place that guarantees you something exchange or refund.

    Great company have tons of new and used inventory. Fairly quick shipping for ‘what’ you’re buying. Have to be on the mark. Have had a few conversations with there range masters, which were both woman. Very informative and knew all the right answers. Will make many more purchases from Guns.com. 6 or 7 stars if I could.????thanks Guns.com
