    We order a thousand rounds if ammo to out they cancelled our order without notifying us. They have deducted money and refuse to return it. They stated that it was destitution wrong info.

    The business model of guns.com allows FFLs to post new weapons for sale without regard to "street value" or transparency to buyers. This allows misinformed buyers to be taken advantage on pricing with minimal recourse on pricing guarantee ($100 ***** I don't like to haggle on purchases, but when a manufacturer, like Sig *****, links directly to guns.com for a "Buy Now" purchase option you expect the price to be consistent with other FFLs throughout the internet. That's not the case with guns.com. Prices on new weapons can vary as much as 200% from day to day. Its like buying on **** without knowing how many items are for sale and how many sellers are actively selling the item. Guns.com reeks of used car salesman shenanigans. I would not recommend any buyers purchase from them until they provide equal transparency to buyers.

    Stay away from guns.com. Buy your gun from your local gun store. guns.com will charge you 20% for restocking fee and shipping if you cant release your gun for any reason. I bought a $1000 gun which I couldnt release it due to the local laws. They charged me $300 to return it. 30% out of pocket and didnt even touch the gun!

    Cosumers be aware to read the return policy before purchasing anything from guns.com becuase this company will take your money in a heartbeat if you end up returning anything. Even if you didn't even eceiving the gun.IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND, DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. TOTAL RIP OFF.

    Ordered a handgun and had it shipped to a local dealer from their website of approved dealers for the transfer.The dealer does not do transfers and sent the gun back to them. No notification from anyone. Now they say its up to me to find another dealer to ship it to.At this time, no one knows where the gun is. **************** on the phone was uninformed and of no help. Have yet to hear back from on line customer service.So at this moment I have no idea if Ill ever see the gun.

    Unethical at best. They deliberately designed their software to be unethical. That is why they will never allow buyer and seller to communicate. Seller was willing to except a lesser amount. Guns.com confirmed this to me, but still would not allow the sale unless I paid full price. Of course seller has no idea I was willing to pay what they requested. All they know is I disappeared. Guns.com was merely preventing the price from going down, so they would receive more money. Pathetic!

    I ordered a new rifle. I was clearly shipped a used rifle. It was returned by the original purchaser. The return address on the shipping box was from "Customer Returns". The gun was not packaged correctly and was dirty. AVOID!

    Very disappointed experience, purchase a 38 super rock Island, they send me the wrong one ********************************************************************************************************** how I had to do a long process to get the correct gun, or a refund, I feel this company is not honest and don't have the right inventory post in there sigh buyer be were, shop some were Else I should had shop somewhere else
