Our AC went out and it was 80 degrees in the house for a week. I originally had a terrible experience with a different group who came out 4 times and didn’t fix the problem once. I was very frustrated and called Genz-Ryan because I needed a second option. Ter L has been an incredible help. He came out the day we called, ran every test available to ensure he was getting to the root of the problem. He walked us through the process and was quick to schedule the follow up. He even went out of his way and offered to go get an AC window unit and install for us just to ensure the house was cool until the full repair was done. I would go out of my way to recommend Genz-Ryan and Ter L to anyone who might be in need.Genz-Ryan Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

Genz Ryan and Noah were wonderful!!!!! He was here about an hour and a half tuning up our Air Conditioner. He did not try to upswell me on anything and I was the one asking the condition of our ducts. He offered to have his office call the next day if I wanted to discuss cleaning them. He was polite, kind, professional, super sweet to our barking dogs and I would love for him to come out the next time we need something!!!! Dalton was excellent. He spent time to explain my options and provide me with choices. You can tell he has the expertise so I felt confident making decisions. We are in the middle of a unbearable heat wave and I am certain it takes a toll on HVAC experts. You would have no idea.
