Great company and very helpful. Becca our rep was so great she got pics for me while I was on vacation of the changes in the build. They are very reasonably priced and that allowed us to add more upgrades like a garage drain and heater. Extra lights in the bathrooms and built in medicine cabinets that we were unable to afford with the other builders we were considering. They kept us on budget and have been able to get it going and will be finished in about half the time another company in the neighborhood quoted us for their build. I can't say enough about them, make sure you at least give them a look before deciding.

Brandl Anderson has been amazing to work with, the entire team has communicated the building process for each step week by week. Lisa has been the driving force for our family to chose a BA home. Lisa was great from the minute we met her, explained the entire process and communicated weekly on what was being completed on our build. The entire process was smooth. Brandl Anderson did a great job of explaining the building process to my clients and I from the start and then following through with what they said they were going to do. Wilson and Ricky did a great job keeping us updated and correcting an concerns as they arose during the planning and building process. I have worked with multiple builders in the past and would say that the process and customer care that we experiences with Brand Anderson was one of the best. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend building with BA. The home looks great and we've had quick response times so far on issues that've come up since moving in. Some items could've been prevented by asking us questions through the build process (area for improvement), but they all got resolved in the end. Very much recommend BA.Brandl Anderson Homes Inc

Our experience with Brandl Anderson was overall great! There were a few points of miscommunication between the Brandl project manager and agent, but our selling agent was an amazing advocate for us and was able to clear up a majority of the questions we brought up. Positives:
* The Prior Lake sales agent was GREAT!! Very helpful, listened to our vision and purpose, and helped make it a reality!
* B&A’s Selections consultant was super helpful in creating a beautiful home
* B&A’s costs for plan customizations were very reasonable.
* B&A were flexible with floor plan changes
* B&A’s building execution went well, even coming out of the Covid season
* B&A was responsive in addressing issues found during the building process
* Their recommended landscaper (Lakes Erosion) has been fantastic to deal with!
Areas for Improvement:
* The lot excavation damaged some trees, leaving me with dead trees to deal with. The final grade was rough, leaving boulders and other issues to deal with.
* The painting and stain work was ok but not great. And given that the warranty doesn’t address these until 11 months from now, matching fading paint and stain may be an issue.
* It took about 3 months for final appliances to arrive and for damaged appliance parts to be replaced.
We have built 2 other homes, and know that there are always things that come up in a major project like building a home. So all in all, we are very happy with our B&A home, and are thankful to the B&A team for bringing our dream to life!Brandl Anderson Homes Inc

Working with Brandl Anderson to design and build our house was a great experience. Our salesperson, Wilson, was the perfect combination of not-pushy and helpful/proactive. Our house went up fairly quickly considering our unusual lot, and we couldn't be happier with where the house ended up situated. Overall, I would certainly recommend them to a friend and build with them again myself if I had the chance. There are a few things worth knowing going into it though - unless you specify otherwise, some of the materials are definitely on the cheap-end. It's worth getting things like solid doors and upgraded flooring. Even so, the trim, hardware, and fixtures are a little cheesy. You get what you pay for though, and a fully-custom house with high-end materials would cost a lot more. Overall, I still think it's a solid value.Brandl Anderson Homes Inc

We are purchasing in Carver from Lisa N I can honestly say that she is the main reasons we are purchasing from Brandl A Customer service and follow up are top notch .
We truly appreciate her no B.S. approach
I have been an agent since 1985 and have worked with many agents over the years
and have sold and ran several developments.
The whole crew has been top notch and paying close attention to detail
Not to mention my buyers are my daughter and son in law
