Amy and Megan were absolutely AMAZING! They are a big part of why we bought our home with Brandl Anderson. They were both very flexible, patient, kind and wonderful to work with. I would give them a 5 if our experience with their preferred lender at the time wasn't so absolutely HORRIBLE! They have since changed preferred lenders.
When we bought we got money towards our closing costs if we used their lender and they were partnered with Brett at Cambria mortgage and he was absolutely HORRIBLE! He was rude, talked down to me as a female buyer only wanted to talk to my husband and gave personal information to our realtor that he had no right to say. He talked down to Amy when she called to see what was going on and was flat out disrespectful throughout the whole process.
The preferred lender would get a 1 star or less if I could. Which says a lot that I am still giving Brandl 4 stars.

We purchased our home from Brandl-Anderson and we have nothing but good things to say about the company. *********************** was our sales person and he was more than a salesperson to us. ********* and ****** make a great team and they went out of their way to help us along our home buying journey. This is the third home we have built and the best experience building a home we have ever had.****** helped ** get our townhome sold and even got us more than we were asking. Thanks to **** the construction manager, we were able to get into our home more than a week early. He went above and beyond to get that done. Any problems encountered along the way and after move-in day were taken care of promptly, Building our home with Brandl-Anderson was a wonderful experience and we are so happy with our home.**** and ****************Brandl Anderson Homes Inc

Have checked out several Brandl homes over the past years; most recently met with ****** at a model in the ********** area. He was patient and knowledgeable, showing us the different plans available as well as the features in the model. Having lived in a Brandl-built house I know first hand their construction. The house was solid over the years with decent (~***** yrs) lifespan of mechanicals, finishes and features. Would certainly look at Brandl if the right opportunity and location presented itself in the future.Brandl Anderson Homes Inc

1 starBought a Townhouse that was built by this company 1.26.2022, huge mistake! The ******************************************** even promised to buy our townhouse back If we were not 100% satisfied. They have yet to come complete work that was not completed, including paint, trim, and roofing issues to name a few. Do not wastes your money on purchasing housing from this company, they do not keep their word
