    This is my second compliant with this company within a six month period for issues with my vehicle, since my purchase on April 15, 2023. The check engine light has been ON from April 16, 2023 to present day, October 24, 2023. My previous complaint in June 2023, was about paying to get my vehicle fixed for overheating, missing hoses, leaking hoses, missing gas sensors, etc. Now Im waiting for a an exhaust sensor that supposedly was order over two months ago and Ive heard NOTHING from the service department. So I decided to take my vehicle to another mechanic and get a second opinion. This mechanic informed me that this vehicle, 2014 Jeep ********************** is a SALVAGE VEHICLE. The mechanics asked was I aware I was being sold this type of vehicle, I said I was not informed. Something needs to be done IMMEDIATELY!! At this point in time waiting to get my vehicle properly repaired is not a option. They havent fixed it correctly in six months why would I think they would fix it now. This has been the worst customer experience Ive ever encountered. Please help me resolve this ongoing issue.

    This in response to ***************************** complaint.

    This is his second complaint in 6 months with the BBB. In the first complaint we resolved the issue and paid ******* to *********************  This vehicle has a clean title, it is not a salvage title despite what his mechanic said.  We have done all we can do for him. He did sign an AS IS. Also for his last complaint which was a leaking water pump he demanded we pay for it. He has owned the vehicle for over 6 months (when does he take ownership of the vehicle) and has a 2 year after market warranty on his vehicle.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    **************** warranty they say I have , doesnt cover anything that is wrong with the vehicle they sold to me, including the water pump, check engine light on from the second day I bought the vehicle. They are refusing to help me because I have file several complaints and this is their retaliation against me for doing so. They claim to have order the exhaust sensor, 4 months ago, in order to keep the check engine light off. Still waiting for that part!

    Terrible Experience. Bought a vehicle from this place with a squeaky wheel was insured by JT that if the noise didn't stop they would take care of it. After a while of the noise getting worse, I brought it in and they told me they new what was wrong with it and that I could bring it in the following week to have it fixed. I brought it the following week only for them to not tell me that they can't fix the issue. That they need to order a part. I live in 2 hours away so already I had driven a lot and every time I was there I had to wait for a minimum of 3 hours. I brought it in again as requested, was told it would only take 3 hours... I waited for over 8 hours to be told the part didn't work and they would give me a loaner. I'd have to come back the next and get my vehicle. (Every time that I had to go to visit I had asked for a loaner while I waited and was told they didn't provide that service.) The next day I get a call that it would be another week before they could fix my vehicle. On AUDIO recording ** told me that they would just "put" my vehicle back together and have me pick it up, this was right after the service directory ***** told me that my power steering didn't work. This company from what I have heard had a great reputation before they sold which has happened relatively recent. I have requested for receipts and description of what has been preformed on my vehicle and other than 1 time have not received anything. I have brought my vehicle in here over 4 times now.

    We is***d a "we owe" at the time of the sale stating we would fix the noise from the steering wheel. The "we owe" states the customer has 30 days to make an appointment or the "we owe" expires and we will not fix the is***. He made an appointment after the "we owe" expired and we still said we would help address the noise concern. We made 3 attempts to fix the noise while he was at the dealership 60 days later but the part we ordered was faulty and we wouldn't be able to get another one for a week. At that point the customer was upset and using profanity in front of our other customers and we said don't worry we will get it fixed. We gave him a rental and told him we would call as soon as it's done. He called the following day saying we need to get the car to a dealership of his choice and pay for the repair at that dealership as well as reimburse him for the time he spent at our dealership or he will *** us. We told him that was not part of the agreement but we will still fix the car at our shop as we told him. He then stated he will be perusing legal matters and to get his car back to him the way he dropped it off, which has been done. We have attempted to help this customer in good faith outside of the time frame he had to get it fixed and he still insists on doing it his way or suing us. We have a signed "we owe" with the expiration date and his first appointment date, after the expiration of the "we owe". We tried to accommodate this customer but seems nothing we can do will make him happy.

    The appointment was made far before the 60days. When I asked for descriptive details and receipts. I was never given any other than the 1. I had never used profanity nor did I say to them at the dealership that I would **** The noise was addressed to the dealership 2 weeks after the car had left the lot to schedule an appointment.

    The "we owe" document saying we would fix the noise expired in 30 days from the time of purchase and there was never an appointment made during that time. We are not willing to work with this customer moving forward due to his hostile comments and threats.
