Ryan and Lang helped me with my car purchase and they were amazing! Ryan especially helped me with my financing and information. They are both cute too! Great experience :)

I work in automotive car sales. This is actually the worst experience I have had with a dealer as a customer. I originally inquired on a black 2016 Audi A6, and for the miles and price I was very interested but that vehicle was in the shop which I had no issue with. I spoke with Ryan and he informed me that they had taken in another A6 in white and when I asked on the phone if it was the same year and what the miles were he said it was a 2016 like the other one with 70K something miles on it and was priced just under $22K. I was really excited because white on black is what my ideal spec for my A6 which I communicated. We ended up agreeing for me to come in on Saturday 9/23 and I arrived on time, met with him and then we went to drive the car and I was pleased it had lower miles than originally communicated. I fell in love with the car and even went through with submitting the credit application just to have the finance person come out and bring me in his office to tell me the car is too expensive to get me approved he was like " yeah they won't approve you for 35K" and you can imagine my surprise when those words came out of his mouth. I questioned the price and mentioned what had been told to me and it turned out that it was a 2020 that cost $35K. My budget was $25K which I communicated. There were only 2 of those in their inventory, it can't be that hard to make sure you have the correct information before relaying it to a customer who is interested in buying. I do it every single day of my life. It's my job and it was his job too. Make sure you get some sort of information in writing before showing up here I guess. Buyer beware. After I left my google review the manager called me, he wouldn't text me which I thought was bizarre and low and behold it was because he wanted to be aggressive and try and intimidate me into taking the review down by saying he knows the owners of where I work &my boss, which he only knows because I filled out a credit app. Slimy.

    Bought a 2018 Honda Pilot with a 3 month/3000 mile warranty.
While I will admit the response time and willingness to talk to people was good, the willingness to figure out a solution was not.
The day after I bought the car the transmission light comes on, call on it immediately. End up taking it back in a couple weeks later, because they are so busy in service, and let them keep it for 5 days to take a look. They add shutter guard, which does nothing to address the fact, and the warning light comes back on again. Their service department suggest I take it to my own repair shop, and let them file the warranty claim since Burnsville Motors shop is very backed up. My mechanic informs me that warranty will cover $1500, which, for a torque converter is $3000 short of coverage. Burnsville Motors is unable to offer any solution, and says that is the warranty I bought and it is as-is and now I am out an extra $3000+.
It was my understanding the warranty would cover the powertrain, and while it does, I did not realize it was only to $1500. I feel this should of been explained, AND on my fault, I should of read it better. I put the blame on both of us for that as it is always buyer beware in these situations, but this has been a 6 week process to get here now, and it is has been incredibly frustrating. I do not feel the warranty was explained well.
I understand cars can test out just fine one day, and then the next day have a failure, but it seems crazy that this warning light was not seen before I bought it, as it comes on 75% of the time when I drive above 60 MPH. I do not feel they thoroughly tested this car and would of appreciated a solution where they could of kicked in to help with repairs.
I am very disappointed in Burnsville Motors, and will not do business with them again.

Worst company to ever buy from do not buy a car from them they lied to Carfax about the vehicles being in good conditions they only want your money they literally show me a car who at first had problem with the driver's seat then the heating cord went out a week later then the alternator fried the computer so I had to replace two alternators and a computer and now I need a new transmission do not buy from these people they are running a scam and they do not have no attention on fixing what's really need to be fixed because before my transmission went out I took you to the transmission shop they said that my car was going into limp before it was about to lock my transmission was about to lock and Burnsville motor said it was just a solenoid to the transmission they lied they get zero Stars zero oh and JT got some type of attitude towards me since he was the one who sold me the s***** jeep

    STEER CLEAR ! ! !
Emailed back and forth on a pickup. SALES MGR agreed to amount and fees and tax etc. Said I would have to give them a certified check for the pickup. I agreed. This was on a Saturday. Monday morning, the sales mgr had one of his salesmen email me that they decided to go with someone else.
Doesn't seem like a good way to do business. I am not out any money, but I would strongly advise not doing business with people who's word is not good.

Awful experience, sold me a car that needed the entire front suspension replaced and had a bad tire. Incompetent finance guy JT couldn’t seem to handle the payoff of the previous vehicle, I then had to drive 45 minutes to physically take the check from the dealership and deliver it to the bank. Now (09/19/22) 6 months after purchase, my Fiancé and I both get calls about a lien release (one that I made sure was to be directly mailed when I brought the check) I confirmed with my bank they mailed it May 2nd. So 4 months after the lien release was mailed directly to them, they somehow are just noticing now? On top of that JT made sure to threaten my Fiancé on the phone, entirely professional. Why is this my problem that they are completely incapable of handling the finance. I sold cars for years and have handled finance for customers at no point has this ever been an issue I’ve even heard of from any halfway reputable dealership. STAY AWAY!!!
