Purchased Stauer Metropolitan watch, it's beautiful and very accurate. Watch had a small problem, I contacted Stauer, they replaced the watch, and new one is perfect. Stauer stands behind their products and customer service is outstanding. Personally I had a wonderful experience with ****** and going to buy a **** Dashtronic model in the near future. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

I saw this add on Facebook, and was hesitant to purchase because of some of the negative responses. I am sooo glad I decided to order anyway. This necklace far exceeded my expectations! It is one of the most beautiful pieces I have ever purchased! The colors are so vibrant! I am truly thrilled I purchased, and look forward to purchasing more of Stauers beautiful jewelry. For all that are hesitant, dont be....You will absolutely love it!!!!!

Ive been dealing with Stauer for over 10 years now. I love watches, and they make expensive watches reasonable.Most recently, my wife purchased a wedding ring for me because Im very tough on them. It was a titanium with gold inlay. I am ecstatic about it is a beautiful piece.I have not purchased a single item from stellar in 10 years that I have not received, very positive comments on and compliments for. I highly recommend this company and the high quality items that they sell. I will always be a Stauer customer.Stauer, LLC

2 starsjust over a year ago I purchased a saphire ring from Stauer and recently I noticed a crack on the under side I contacted Stauer and I wanted it fixed because I feel a ring should last deffinately over a year + when I reached them they informed they would fix it but it would cost me a repair fee
I am senior citizen and the ring has never been stressed in any way they also told me that it would cost 29 dollars to just send it in I live in Fargo ND and I know I could send it in much less expensive anyway I feel they should stand behind their products better I fee it should be repaired free or replaced in the past I have purchased 2 watches and 2 other rings that I been very satisfied with but will no longer use their products unless they start standing behind their productsReview fromLaura wagner thibodeaux

1 starMy elderly uncle has purchased jewelry for me from Stauer. I had no idea what he spent on it as I never wore it for the most part because it is so cheap, flimsy, and not put together well. I finally wore a $1000 gold bracelet almost out of guilt and it broke within 3 months. Stauer would not repair it but offered to sell me a warranty that would allow me to pay to have it repaired. To say it is the worst-made jewelry is an understatement. My Uncle is in cognitive decline and I explained to them the reason why I even kept any of it and did not return it. He would not understand why he was getting a credit and would be offended. I would tell anyone who I could to NEVER purchase a product from this company. I requested 6 months ago to have my name deleted from future mailings and nothing has been done. I am embarrassed that anyone would think I would do business with such a criminal organization.Review fromGrant L

1 starI have two huge complaints about Stauer. First the quality of their products, in this case a watch, is beyond bad. Its just awful. Broke with normal use in less than 3 days. Second, they did everything they could to not refund my money, and even after promising to refund on product and shipping i had to force them through my credit card company.They are basically deceptive and sell junk. I have never purchased from this company and do not plan on doing so. Every year, for several years I get the catalogs around the holidays. Each year I call after a very long wait. I inform the call center reps to take me off their mailing list. However, I keep getting them every year!! I called on 11/18/22 and spoke to 3 different people who transferred me to the next person. No one could help me. I am so frustrated with this company, I filed a complaint with the local ************************** This blatant disregard to my requests must stop!
