    Purchased a "smart watch" from Stauer. I was unable to set the time. I contacted customer service who didn't have a clue how to set the time on the watch. The instructions were convoluted, incomplete and confusing and, no instruction at all as to how to set the time. When the tech support at Stauer was unable to find an instruction they suggested I send back the item. They told me there was a return label in the package....there was not. I called customer service again and waited on hold for over 20 minutes for "return" instructions. This is the worst company and if this product is like their others.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I am awaiting an answer and instructions to return the product for a guaranteed refund.

    Dear ****, We do see the refund has been processed and a representative had assisted. We do take pride in our products and understand this watch had a defect and was rectified. Sorry, to hear it was not satisfactory.

    My husband bought me a beautiful ring for my birthday. Less then two months later the stone fell out luckily my stone came out in our house. I called to replace it which is costing me ***** and postage. It was cheap stuff they make not my fault any other company would have replaced it no charge. On top of everything else I got a very rude customer service person she couldnt wait to get off the phone, I will never ever order from there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ordered a knife for 99$ plus tax. Knife was of poor quality and I returned it. It took 22days for refund and then only received 47$. Not very good business.

    Just ordered a watch after reading an AARP magazine ad. "Shipping and handling" charge was approximately $15 for a $29 watch (52% of the selling price)-which was not disclosed in the ad.
    Then I was pitched a "service plan" which I declined twice, because after I said "No, thanks" to the first pitch, I was pitched again. Then I was pitched a "one-year membership" for $99, which I again declined twice, because after the first pitch, I received an immediate second pitch. Their reps seem to have graduated from High Pressure High School.
