  The MyPillow 2.0 was supposed to be amazing...cool... more comfortable... and better than their original pillows. I have used the original MyPillow on my 5 beds (4 standard and 4 king-size pillows) for the last 8 years. It was time for doing a few replacements so I ordered 2 Kingsize MyPillow 2.0. I was extremely disappointed. The fill was much less (the exact pillow color) and they did not remain cool during the night. Since this did not meet my expectations, I returned the products (2 king *********************** I drove to a drop-off location (14 miles from my home one-way was the closest). When I received my return receipt, I had a $9.99 chargeback taken off the return. If a company 'guarantees' this product works and it DOESN'T... the return should be on them - not your customer. I have purchased many ********************* from **********************, some better than others. I was more than willing to reorder the 8 pillows I have been happy with for the last 8 years (easy to wash, good quality)... but this has left a nasty taste in my mouth. I WILL NOT buy from this company again.

  I purchased the percale sheets, the ones that are "soft and supposed to stay cool." They were on sale so I bought two sets. Upon opening, they didn't feel soft so I removed one pillowcase, washed it, rinsed with Downy, and dried with a softening dryer sheet. I put in on a pillow and tried sleeping on it. I didn't last five minutes! It was not at all cool, and I felt like my face was on sandpaper. I called to return, since they always have 60 days to return, and was told that the sheets were final sale. It didn't say that anywhere, not even on the brochure I had. I will now be donating two sets of queen ******* Terrible product.

  I ordered the **** deal on the new MyPillow 2.0 queen size pillows & 2 pair slippers. I was charged ***** shipping. (I only ordered the 2nd pair of slippers to avoid paying shipping on orders over $150.00). But I was about $4 dollars shy, even minus tax - so they still charged the shipping fee. The slippers are ok - no complaints yet. The pillows, however, gave me a head/neck ache 5 nights in a row. I called customer service stating that I need to return the pillow. I was passed around by 3 representatives and finally talked into switching out the pillows. VERY impatient, rude representatives, none of which seemed to care about me or my issue at all. VERY POOR customer service! Sad - since I have a lot of respect for *********************** as a person

  Would have rated 1 star or none but I did pay for the pillow 2.0. It is not in the least cool, my neck and shoulder hurt all night causing me to wake up several times to adjust it. I fell for the clame of it being improved. My mistake since I had the original mypillow several years ago when it first came out, so that is on me.

  Don't fall for the scam. This company is not what you think. They advertise the best, highest quality, softest sheets, you ever felt with a satisfaction guarantee. When they arrive, you will find that they are absolute garbage that you wouldn't pay a dollar for. There is no satisfaction, guarantee and no returns. They tell me that I should've upgraded to the better sheets which I would have been more than happy to if I had known. Complete scam. I really thought that this was a great company until now. I will never do business with them again.

  I fell for the hype on TV and after trying the My pillow 2.0 for two weeks I have come to the conclusion they are junk. I have bought pillows for $10 at ******* that sleep better. Please ********************** on this product or scam.

  Very disappointed in this company. Ordered slippers in my size. They are to big. Was told by ***** in customer service that there is nothing they can do. Extremely disappointed they are made in ******** not *******.
