      My husband bought me slippers from my pillow which in the total amount was more than $30:00 which I returned because it was not comfortable . For my surprise they only will return me only $10:00. They stated expenses on the return. I am very disappointed with the way they do business. I will never buy anything more from them.

      Picked the wrong bed sheet size and other size isn't available in that color. Called customer service and refused to accept a return. I didn't realize this wasn't returnable when I ordered it. Said all sales were final. Had I known that I would not have ordered this since I wasn't sure about the bed size. If this is how they do business I will never order anything from your company again.

      Bought sheets because my husband loves his from a few years ago. What arrived were scratchy thin sheets. Absolutely horrible. Called customer service and was told sheets were non refundable. I told customer service I was never informed that they were non refundable, that I would even take a credit on another product. She gave me the owners email to write to him directly. Except **** did not respond some other lady that said sorry you are out of luck. Terrible customer service terrible ********************. Very disappointed!!

      I ordered from my pillow using a gift card for ****** I went over the amount by ***** so they asked for my card to pay for the difference . The card said it went though and the gift card was accepted It took 3 weeks to receive my order when it arrive I noticed that my card was charged for the full amount no gift card. I called and they said I could return the product and they would refund the card. Okay why when you could refund the card and use the gift card.Now I go to use the gift card and there is nothing I want or that they have in stock no colors I would have in my home and no sizes . I asked when they would have new stock in ? They reply was was we dont know you dont know how long ? An estimate nothing and then expected me to select the one color in a duvet cover ( tan ) and the only size was queen well I need a king and I dislike tan cheap tan. No offer to help no word of replenishing their stock so basically I got ripped off for the gift card and my own money . Do not bother with this company the worst customer service no selection its no wonder the guy is under scrutiny.

      Ordered the slippers and they are very narrow so I tried to exchange them for a wide version but was told no, even though I hadn't even worn them. (Couldn't get them halfway on) They should warn people on the website that these run small. Horrible customer service.

      I was so looking forward to my new mypillow, but I have to say that it is the worst pillow I have ever slept on. I wake up at night and its as though I am sleeping on no pillow at all. The filling is so sparse, no support whatsoever. You can feel all the bumpiness on your face or head from the chunks of foam inside. My husband loves his but I think it is because he "wants" to believe that its good since he is a ***** supporter.

      Best pillows in the industry. The negatives are posts from political hacks and commies that hate ******* and you. BBB gives F rating? Ya, that's political as well.

      Used one at a hotel and it was the WORST PILLOW I ever slept on.A lot of his products are made in different countries and not in *** but the company says that the factories are ******** owned but not made is *** He probably ***** a sweet shop in ***** I ordered the sheets also and they have been the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on and now can not return them..WHAT A SCAM GUY AND COMPANY AND HE WEARS A CROSS !!!!!!

      I ordered slippers. I understand on this product all sales are final. But if your sizes aren't true to standard then you're taking considerable risk buying these. **************** wouldn't even let me exchange a size up. I wasn't looking for a return, but an exchange. This was my first purchase through them, and I loved their business model and what they stand for. But I won't but again. Poor customer service.
