      BBB is usually very credible but their F rating for MyPillow is not at all credible.It is based on reviews by angry liberals who never bought the product and are trying to ***************** because he's fighting the 2020 election theft.I have made multiple purchases from MyPillow and have never had any issues with service or quality.

      I purchased slippers Dec 2021 they didn't fit said their getting wide with waited 6 months still told not in and not sure when in June asked for money back finally got unsigned ck and been now trying to get money back again with a ck that is signed the reps lie say ***** call back or email never do it's now mid Sept and still no money and no call back just get pawned from 1 super to another with no results. It's disgusting and he plays amazing ***** he's a fraud

      I am waiting for the My Pillow I ordered for a friend that really wants to try this pillow. I can not review the actual pillow as yet. However, the next day I contacted customer service to alter my order & was told it had already shipped so I could not change the order even though my order would not arrive for several weeks. Okay, understood. My dislike is how rude & abrupt customer service reps (spoke w/2 on 2 different occasions) were & how pushy both were insisting I use the website instead of calling. Absolutely no help at all, nor did they have manners. At that point I tried to just cancel my order & again was treated rudely. I am a non confrontatioal pretson, but should I need to return this pillow, I can not image the customer service being helpful. Never again ordering or supportingy Pillow.

      I have bought 3 My Pillows and have been very impressed with them all. I am so glad to see that the BBB gave the company an "F" rating for Fantastic! Keep up the good work *********God Speed!-All served One gave All-Proud Mom of American Soldiers

      I can't even get an answer from this *********************! I had some questions about his products and him personally. I got an electronic response that said that I would hear from him in a few days, well, it's been 2 months and nothing! **************** from this company is nonexistent! I cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone!

      Best pillow we ever had! Have about 6 years we bought another set for the guest bedroom. Would highly recommend.

      I really wanted to support ***********************, especially because he made such a statement about "Made in *******". I got the slippers and they were indeed the most comfortable slippers I'd ever owned. Unfortunately, the sole is so poorly manufactured that it split right at the sewn seam within about 8 weeks of wear. The customer service was difficult to reach (45 min on hold music only to have the line simply hang up without an answer) but once I got on with them, they were great and promptly replaced the slippers. But the sole on the new pair split, too, this time in just 2 weeks, and green, gooey, gel leaked out all over the floor. Of course, they won't give a refund now, and they are out of stock for replacements, so I am now on a waitlist for a pair of replacement slippers that *** never come but that will almost certainly fail shortly after they arrive. Very disappointing experience, poor customer service, poor quality ********************. Definitely the last thing I will by from ***********************.

      Their online orderinf *****, tgeur call in ordering ***** .i cannot , it appears buy their products easily either place . I have tried .unsucessfully. to order for 4 days jn a row icluding through customer service with zero satisfactory results. Tgey ****

      Snake oil..poor product. Claims backed by zero data. **** is a used car salesman. Bought pillows and they are not comfortable. **** club premium hotel pillows are the best at 1/10 the cost. I would not trust this company.The BBB has the company rated correctly a big "F". Companies that have poor customer service generally know the ******************** is horrible. His time is running out. When a company keeps promoting new and different products in a short period of time, they are gasping for air to survive. I've noticed the new products are not made in *******. Another sell out.
