      Bought a body pillow and am totally disappointed not full breaks in pillow everywhere l can put the filling all on one side which equals the size of about a king pillow maybe a little less. Bought several my pillows in past however this is the first time the pillow was way below expectations Would send back but with the cost of shipping just not worth it. I feel Mr. ****** lost a good repeat customer

      I ordered the towels $***** for free shipping on July 31st and it stated 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I've contacted them 3 times and nothing is resolved except I'm still in the delivery range of 4 to 6 weeks. However that's not true I would've received them in September. Now it's end of October and I'm out ***** dollars (which is alot of money to me) and no towels, no answers. Not a good company.

      TERRIBLE! I wake up hurting and with a headache from this crappy pillow. Do not buy. It is very false advertising. I don't recommend and would not buy.

      I received a pillow as a gift and threw it away. Heres a thought; why does he not donate all My Pillow items to the *************** organization, use the donations as a tax deduction and save the money spent on all those commercials? Personally, I mute the commercial.

      I ordered MyPillow towels from their $25 special. I had ordered towels a few years ago from them and loved them. These towels are terrible. They are smaller and thin and shed everywhere. I wanted to return them, but you have to pay the shipping, so it's not worth it. I wanted to upgrade and get the premium towels (which are still not the same as the ones I had before), but they only have gray towels. Looks like they are selling inferior products compared to what they used to sell.

      Fraudulent discount codes are the norm. Twice now I have received special pricing from My Pillow via email. Both times I was not provided the price they advertised. First time I received a credit on my credit card. Second time I as told that the could send me a gift card. I will not buy from them again.

      Ordered a 3 inch mattress pad/w free sheets. Received a 2 inch with no cover and no straps. Tried to fix the problem. Was told that I ordered a 2 inch pad. Worthless, not thick enough to do anything. Was told to give pad to non profit, send copy of receipt and they would credit me. No offer to help with the pad I ordered. We are 40 miles to the closest donation center. NO MORE *****************.

      I've ordered multiple times from My Pillow and have been extremely happy with the quality of their products. I highly recommend them. I especially like the travel pillows I bring on every trip. I can't sleep without them!

      TV commercial from My Pillow shows products that were part of the "$25 Extravaganza", namely the Men's Slippers. It shows, and I have pictures of it, that it includes the fleece lined slippers as part of the sale. Called My Pillow to place an order, since I already own a pair, and was told they are not part of the sale. I explained to the company representative to look at the picture showing the various slipper items included with the $25 sale price. The rep stated that hey are not part of the sale and wanted to charge me double. Typical *************** business practice. Talked to another rep and he just hung up. Great business practices. Now I understand why the company only shares a 2.72/5 rating. WELL DESERVED!!!
