      I order a pair of slide shoes for my father but they didn't fit so I asked to exchange them for a bigger sizes hoping they would fit him. Unfortunately they didn't so I returned then and just got my money back. Now I bought the first pair for $25 but with shipping and taxes plus the faster shipping I spent over 50 dollars. But because I had to send two back I am only getting *****. They charge you $10 bucks for the shipping label weather you print it or they mail it to you.

      Very disappointed with advertised MIKE800 two for $25 standard ********************* and a list of other products as well. The My pillow site is not clear on showing such promo code is for these products It only gave options of queen and king ********************* but I was wanting the standard pillow. So I searched standard size pillow and ordered one. At check out it showed quantity one, but I thought that thats one package with two *********************. Item was delivered today with only o e pillow. I called customer service; on hold for over 30 min and was told that the MIKE800 is for standard pillow. I agreed. Was told that the My pillow promo MIKE800 standard pillow 2 for $25 is the travel size pillow. How deceptive. The USA pillow sizes are Standard, Queen and King. Basic bait and switch tactic especially for my mom writing the # down cause its a GREAT Sale. Nope just a scam

      This company is great. I've ordered multiple times and been super happy with the high quality of their products. I've ordered pillows, slippers, sheets and pillow cases. Loved them all.

      I've ordered the towels. Probably the best towels I've ever owned. Any new towels I have bought in the past, I've had to do some whole washing ritual thing just to get them to absorb water. These were great right from the get-go. Soft and thick.

      I really like MyPillow. I bought mine at the ********** 8 years ago. It has held up well and I do wash it in the machine every 6 months. One of the best pillows I have ever purchased.

      Its obvious that the BBB has not taken political opponents against *********************** into consideration. I have found that My Pillow has great customer service. Each person I have been in contact with has been extreamly professional and very helpfull. Shame on BBB!

      bought the sheets which were the worst sheets I have ever experienced. Very wrinkly and did not fit well
