      I have been using My Pillow for a few years now and I still love it!! Thank you *********************** and the My Pillow Company. There is no way this company should have an "F" rating with the BBB, in my opinion.

      They apparently have different web pages with different pricing. I had a page that was sent to me in an email that had lower prices than what would pop up when I went to check out. When I called their customer service, they said that the lowest prices were the ones that were showing up when I tried to cash out. I had to send them a screen print for ****'s sake. And then after all that, they tried to charge me ***** for shipping. For all the hassle that I had to go through to get the pricing that I was originally offered, you would think that they would wave the shipping. I see Walmarts is now selling his products again. That might be the explanation in the shift in customer service.

      I have bought a set each of MyPillow and MyPillow2. They are not what the owner says they are. So I won't be purchasing his sheets or slippers. I just don't trust him.************

      We bought the ** special "Gen-2" towels, and they are just terrible. When dry, they feel smooth & good, BUT they do NOT wick any water from your body. They just smear it around, and you end up just as wet as you started, except in other place. They are some kind of plastic micro-fiber composite which does not wick. Our cheap ******* cotton towels are way way better. Washing them does NOT make the problem go away. We were going to give them away to Goodwill, but my wife said "no". Why give a throwaway c*** product to some poor soul, who deserves a real helping hand.

      2 sets of supposedly percale sheets were ordered on 3/27/23 as a special for $55.60. I purchased these and they do have a 60 day return but because of this being a gift I didn't give them to my friend until June 30, 2023. She used one set and washed it according to directions. They turned out terrible so and solid wrinkles and gave me back both sets of which one was not opened. I contacted the company and they told me they were really not percale and could not get reimbursed for these. Just a warning to others out there who are thinking about ordering these BEWARE. I will never buy anythinkg from this company.

      I received My Slipper Moccasins as a gift. I didn't find them particularly comfortable, though they were OK. But I wore them primarily around the house for probably 20 days, with virtually no wear on the soles, and the sole on one foot tore loose at the toe. Clearly shoddy manufacturing or materials or both,
