      I bought a set of slippers and received them 4/21/23. I tried them on and they fit well and was comfortable. I started wearing them about a week later because my ******** ***** made **** slippers from almost 6 years ago were still in decent condition. After 2 1/2 weeks after wearing them, the soles started coming apart. I went to my pillow happy returns.com and tried to fill out a return report. When it came up I entered my order number(22864100) and my zip code. It responded no records of purchase, call customer service I have called them 17 times, waited for 1hour and 51 minutes till my phone went dead and as of tonight, 7/21/23, I haven't yet talked to a person. I just called and the recorder said that my estimated wait time was 6 minutes. My wife and I took turns listening to Amazing ***** for another 44 minutes, without any live person answering. I'm totally fed up with this horrible nightmare and I'm reporting you to the BBB. I'm very disappointed with this American made product, made by Americans, and supposedly a good Christian **** I bought the men's moccasins. If you want something that lasts at least a month, I advise you not to waste your money on these. THEY'RE JUNK!!!!!

      I have bought 3 pillows, (2 of them 2.0), 3 waffle blankets, 2 sets of giza sheets, 7 pairs of slippers, 1 pair of slides, 1-2.0 mattress topper, My Coffee, and 4 sets of towels. I have not been disappointed in any of the products I've bought. I haven't slept this good in years. I love the slippers as well. I have no complaints whatsover. Everything I've bought has been a treat to me and my husband, and I will continue to buy these products. I feel like the quality of everything I've bought has been excellent.

      Horrible customer service! *********************** are guaranteed/warranty for 10yrs yet I can't get mine replaced because they never received my other pillow back. Seriously they want me to pay for a missing pillow in order to do an exchange?!

      The worst pillow Ive ever bought! Actually, my late husband bought them a bit before he passed. At the time, almost 5 years ago, I think he paid $100 for two of them and two small pillows. They were horrible. Theyre full of foam you can buy at any fabric store and sewed ** in cheap cotton, possibly! Horrible awful do not ever buy them!!! I watch ************************** and every time that commercial comes on I turn the volume down and walk out of the room so I dont have to hear it!!! What is scam!

      I bought a pair of My Slippers and they fit good and wore good. I have had them for about seven months. Now they are coming apart on the sole and there is clear plastic and foam rubber coming out of the slipper sole. So they are good for about six months if you wear them a lot. The price is good compared to ** Bean but the ** Bean moccasins lasted me for 5 years. And I still have them. So I wont buy them again from my pillow!

      Horrible slippers!! Only worn inside and have worn down only after a couple months and they have cracked open on the soles.

      I recently ordered a pair of slippers. I ordered size 11 wide because most of the time slippers are tight. when I received them ,they where way too big. I should of ordered size 10 wide. when I looked in bout to exchange them. I was told no exchange because of sell out sale. when ***** doing his add on tv . why are we not told that then or even when ew order on line still no mention. so now I have a pair of slippers that I paid for plus shipping. And because of this I will no longer being doing business with my pillow. Bad way of doing business!
