    Graham has had my taxes since March of 2023. I checked the *** Website today and they still aren't filed. I don't know if an extension was filed or any information about my refund or money owed to the ***. It's going on a year that they have had my taxes. I left voicemails and sent multiple emails inquiring about the status of my taxes. I have gotten no response since March 2023. If there were any fees paid to them for their service, that should be refunded. They should also pay all or at least a portion of the extension filing penalty if applicable. The taxes should be completed ASAP and an email should be sent confirming that the taxes have been filed. Copies of the filed tax return should be emailed and sent via U. S. Mail. Their clients should not be ignored and their taxes should not be neglected.

    I had used Graham Accounting since 2016 for my businesses and personal accounting. For the most part, I was satisfied with their service. I owed commercial real estate through an LLC, and used the property for a ************ which was an S-Corp. I sold my business property in November of 2022, but leased the building from the new owners until January 1st of 2023, at which time they assumed control of the corporation. I have been waiting for 2022 tax returns to be filed, including my personal returns and my daughter's personal returns. Many emails, ************** calls have gone unanswered. About two months ago I directed them, through emails, to either turn my info over to another accountant, or send the files to me. I received no reply, and nothing has been done.

    My tax preparer didnt file my taxes. *** tried contacting by phone and went to her home which she works from and no response. Ive tried several times to no avail. Ive been told there are many others in the same situation.

    We brought our 2022 taxes to Graham Accounting. They never filed them. No one answers our numerous calls, texts, or e mails, and they refuse to come to the door of their business. We need our paperwork back and are now concerned about what they may be doing with our private information.

    Graham Accounting has had my husband's and I taxes for 5 months and have failed to file our taxes still as of 9/13/23, the only contact I had with them is them telling me that they needed to file a extension, at least 3 months ago, which I'm not sure they even have at this point. I have tried calling them 22 times so far and that's not counting the times my husband has called trying inquire. They keep claiming health issues is the hold up, if they aren't going to take care of their clients they should at least give us our documents back so we can file before the extension over and we are penalized for something completely out of our control. They are completely unprofessional and I would never refer anyone to this company.

    I turned in my taxes in March, they are not done and 3 times I asked for an update and no information was given. They said they would look into it but no results. The delays are not acceptable. They should offer me a choice to get them done elsewhere.

    I dropped my taxes off to this company at the beginning of February and was told they would be completed in 3-4 weeks. After that 4 weeks and no call, I called and was informed it could be up to two more weeks. I waited the two weeks and on their recording it stated an extension would be filed for taxes not completed. I called several times, no answer and after a couple of weeks I received a call stating i could go on federal government website and pay $1500 if I was worried about fines. Just wanted to add that there was a delay last year and we had to pay a penalty. I have called and called with no answer, just leave a message. I have went there on several occasions and note on door gives some reason they are closed. At this point I just want my private information back so I can go elsewhere

    This company files our taxes last year successfully. In mid March of this year we brought all our information to the office at their new location on ********************************************************** expecting to have our taxes filed by the proper date. The information that was included in the packet was private and very personal. It included banking information that must not be disclosed. we have not heard anything back from them indicting completion of any of the tax forms. Checked our banking and there are no tax related transactions. I have called and left voice messages on three different occasions. Wen there twice during their advertised business hours and knocked on the door without an answer. I want my information packet back so i can give it to a more reputable business. Worrying my personal information will be sold or misused. Do not know what my options are.

    Brought taxes to them on April 9, 2022. The beginning of June, called to see what the status of our taxes were. Was to under review and be ready to sign in a week. As of 8-23-22, I have left 4 messsges and an email requesting a call back asking about our taxes. Business is now only open12(noon) -4:00pm Tuesday-Thursday. I have even gone to the business during those times to find doors locked

    I dropped off all my business tax paperwork for tax preparation at Graham Accounting & Business Services for the 2021 tax year in March of 2022. I was told then it would 2 weeks to prepare my business' taxes. I was later told that my taxes would be done by tax day April 2022. Taxes were not done. An extension was filed by Graham Accounting because they were not done by April 2022. I cannot find out the status of my last year's taxes. Countless emails and phone calls--- no one, beside the book keeper, will respond to me and the book keeper does not know any answers. I've known these owners for years so I am frustrated, perplexed, and angry. I just want to wrap up my taxes from last year and move on to another organization who is professional and reliable.
