    Brought property taxes in. Time line has come and gone. Called numerous times and stopped by numerous times no answer on the phone or at the door. Needed my tax rebate to pay Oct. 2023 taxes and now the deadline has passed. I would not recommend going here or ever going to this business again! They never contacted me that they could not finish my taxes before deadline so I could bring them somewhere else in time to meet deadline. Very very dissatisfied and angered. And I would give 0 stars but it made me put at least 1 star to register this review. They don't don't deserve it!

    I'm sorry you had difficulties getting in touch with us during this timeframe. As for the property taxes, everything was submitted on time.

    Holding my moms taxes hostage. Do not use them. Terrible business! They dont answer phones or messages or answer their home door. Total losers.

    Absolute worst!!! 2 straight weeks of calling and emailing, I even went to the office!! Nobody is there, nobody returns calls and they are holding my taxes hostage with the final deadline fast approaching. I am most certainly facing a late fine from the *** thanks to this businesses' incompetency. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

    This individual has been misleading with these comments. Not only was this person not a client at the time, but they were also told we could not accept as a client for a variety of reasons. He didn't even attempt to contact us until three weeks before the extension deadline. Beyond that, he contacted individuals who weren't affiliated with Graham Accounting and made a series of threats against the people he contacted.

    All of this is completely untrue. I was a client the previous year and they held all of my records without even trying to contact me, even though I called them and sent e-mails every single day and left messages. I never called and made threats to anyone, this statement is completely ridiculous and false. (Why would I call a third party not affiliated with Graham accounting and threaten them?? Makes zero sense or logic.) In the end, the only way for me to make contact was to call the local authorities to ask for their advice on how I could possibly contact them. So they went to their home, and only then, after nearly 3 weeks of calling did they finally contact me, and gave me all of my past year's records. Then I went to a different accounting firm, with only a week to spare and they did my taxes for me.

    After years of going here they did not get my taxes filed refuse to communicate , they are holding my taxes hostage . The office is not open as stated on the door and answering machine ! So frustrated and disappointed .
