Installation team arrived exactly at the time I was given they were very professional and went out of their way to talk to us and show us the steps they were taking so we knew how the system worked, the crew also looked like they enjoyed the job they were doing. After completing the install we were given a full walk through so we knew exactly what to watch for to keep the system running properly. The following day the cement team came to fill in the trench again very friendly and when they were finished again asked if we had any questions. I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Standard Water Control along with their stellar employees Todd and Alex were absolute life savers. I had an emergency water issue in the basement and they were able to get someone out there same day on a Friday at 4:30 pm. They explained the issue, the sump pump replacement as well as walked through the house showing me things other contractors could not. They sourced the issue for me after spending a week with other companies that could not confirm the issue. I can't express how grateful I am for their patience, knowledge, efficiency, professionalism and just plain kindness. They are amazing in a crisis situation and were able to give me some reassurance while educating me and providing a little bit of peace of mind. Seriously, I hope to not have emergency water issues again but I will recommend them to every person and client and I have and will use them whenever the opportunity arises. Standard Water Control Systems installed a sump pump in July 2024. The work was performed quickly, they kept my home very clean, and everyone that worked on my house was very polite. I gave 4 out of 5 stars, as I felt the communication could have been better - both the communication with me as the customer (e.g., when will people arrive / how long it will take / how many different teams are involved - sump pump, electric, cement) and communication between their own sales reps and their team executing the work. Comments were made from the team on site like "I only get a drawing before I show up. They didn't tell me I need to go under a bathroom."
I didn't feel informed about the process and had to call Standard Water 2-3 times to validate times / who was coming to my house and why. While I'm sure this is all very routine work for them, I felt like "the job", and I was not in the loop on next steps. I would have loved a call from a central team member 1-2 days prior to explain "tomorrow at 10am, xx team arrives and they will install the sump pump. This will be loud and about 4-6 hours. You should also get a call from xxx to confirm the electric appointment. They need to install an outlet for your sump pump on day 2 and it should only take 2-3 hours. Then the last team to reach out will be xxx, they will be finishing the job on day 2 with cement. This will take ~2-4 hours."Standard Water Control Systems

This company performs quality work with good products. I highly recommend them. They installed my drain tile and sump pump in 1999. Over the years, I also had them install 2 glass block windows, a radon mitigation system, and a backup sump pump. Their workmen are contentious and always clean up afterwards. A huge shoutout to Rob (professional, knowledgeable, friendly) who performs spring check ups when requested to make sure my sump pumps are working properly. My basement is dry and I am feeling relieved knowing it will remain dry during this oh so rainy spring and early summer 2024 (with 2 to 4 inches of rain predicted to fall over the next two days).Standard Water Control Systems

Rob, the gentleman who came to check up on our sump pump, is a friendly, professional who saw to it that everything was in working order and took care of helping me attach the drainage pipe securely outside. He, also, told me of a service they now provide of installing a second outside drainage pipe in case the one pipe had a freeze issue. Since I bring my drainage pipe in each Fall, that is not an issue with me, but I appreciated being alerted to the option.Standard Water Control Systems
