We had a radon mitigation put in. They did the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves. When we retested for radon our numbers where good.

Terrible experience. I contacted the company to see if they would inspect our drain tile system that they had installed in **** because we had not had water coming in the sump well for a couple of years. I was met with rude people and a service person that sounded like they would rather do anything than stand behind their warranty, or at least provide a little customer service.Standard Water Control Systems

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Here is the email I sent the customer after he did not want to have ** out for service: "I saw your review at the BBB and just wanted to follow up with you. Sounds like you have some questions in regards to the system we installed. I am sorry you felt **** was rude with you so you have my apologies. **** is an exceptional employee who has been with us for 42 years and does care about customers. It sounds like you may want us to evaluate or reevaluate your system. We have a $250 charge for an evaluation and system check and this includes the travel time - we've had the same price for 6 years and it's a good value. If for whatever reason your situation is covered under our lifetime of structure warranty, then there is no charge. Let us know if you would like to have us out. *** came out to check our sump pump and found it was working okay. However, it being 20 years old, I decided to upgrade it to a better model. He did the job very well and added the backup which we wanted to begin with, anyway. I feel well prepared for anything that *** happen now! Thanks!!Standard Water Control Systems

Very good service and excellent communication with the crew. ********* has his work down to a science and despite the "very dirty nature" of egress well work they controlled the environment to eliminate the majority of the dust, mud, and crud of the job which is extensive. While the prices of egress work are expensive, without the equipment, experience, and ability to navigate the administrative end with local government, utilities and permits the *** people will struggle with the labor and work required and never complete the project in the short time SWCS can. Good value, industry comparable pricing and a professional crew is worth the cost and tremendous time savings, not to mention the increase in home value and safety.Standard Water Control Systems

Work on the egress trim was good but I told originally 800$ for cedar option on the first phone call and on the.second.phone.call it was 1100$ and i was told 1100$ After the job was completed, and I was never told of.addtional cost to finish the egress window on the.inside.which put.the.entire job over 4400$ when.completed, the company should of been straight forward with their pricing in the first place.Standard Water Control Systems

Hi *******-I apologize for any confusion. We have 2 options for interior finish. Pine finish is $800 and cedar is $1100. I believe, when we spoke on the phone you said you would like it to match the exterior, which is cedar. Please call our office to discuss ************. Thank you
