      I have been trying to resolve an issue with 'My Rewards' account since December 2023. I have sent several emails with screens shots, made numerous phone calls, and have even tried my chats. This issue still has not been resolved. I cannot see the rewards I earn because I cannot see my rewards within my account. No one seems to be able to help me. I was told it has been escalated but cannot give me any information as to whom is working on the issue. I also cannot contact the team working on my issue. One year does not seem to be an appropriate timeline to resolve an issue that Maurices has caused. **************** has had little to no interest in helping to resolve this issue.

      Awful experience with online shopping from this store. I will never order anything from here again. Ordered some cute pajama bottoms at a good price. These items were going to be shipped to my local store. It said 2-5 business days waited over a week with no update. Called customer service and said my order was lost this took half hour on the phone to find out. They gave me a refund for the order but said I would have to pay for it again if I wanted those items so beyond frustrating!!!

      I was shopping online at maurices and it crashed, so I switched to the app, and it eventually crashed too, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it is not the same app. It has been hacked.Its something about telling a story about a kitty.Anyways I cannot trust this site now. And people need to be aware.

      Unreliable concerning the resolution of order issues. Currently, they have no idea where the remaining items in my order are at because their system indicates that it was delivered to the store. These items are not at the store, their system sent a faulty message and there has been zero help with resolution.
