      I ordered.a $90.coat.and two.$24 dollar shirts they canceled the coat sent the 2 shirts charged my ******* credit over $140 .I have contacted repeatedly and they will NOT take that charge off for the item they canceled and did not send yet charged for..I highly DO NOT recommend Maurices or their credit card buyer beware!!

      Hello, Thank you for reaching out to maurices.com. I have looked into your order and I do see that on 11/1 you placed an order with a coat, one shirt and 2 pairs of leggings. I see that the coat was canceled, You were only charged the amount of $52.35 for the three remaining items. We would be happy to provide you with the transaction request ID , that can then be provided to the finical institution used in the transaction to validate the amount for the items that were shipped.       Theres no customer service number. The number given takes you to a medical device sales line. My package was delivered to the wrong address and theres no one to contact! Chat bot doesnt offer a connection to a person either.

      There is simply no way to contact anyone for an order issue. They have a chat and text feature - both are a bot, and both end the session by saying they're too busy - no action or recourse. And that's it. There's no phone number, no email, no way to actually make contact with anyone to deal with any issues. There IS a phone number at the very bottom of a "Feedback" page, but I called, and sat on hold for almost 3 hours before I finally gave up. How can a business be run with no way for customers to reach out for support?

      I ordered 2 tops marked @9.99 ea. received order confirmation. About 8 days later i get an email saying my order was cancelled due to unforseen reason. I went on site and both tops are available but at much higher prices. Contacted customer service and was never told wht my order was cancelled but was welcome to reorder online at higher price. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT MAURICES AGAIN.

      This review is for Maurices online, not for their brick and mortar stores. I have been a Maurices customer for many years and have purchased online and in store. This is the first time I've had to do an online return. The experience has been horrible to say the least. I had to contact them multiple times because they could not find my return. I followed the instructions on their website and made my own label because I didn't see a return label in my package, and I had more than one order to return. The website at time of writing this, said to include all order slips for multiple returns, so I did. Fortunately I took pictures before sending it off. I spoke to ******* who stated it's their policy to do one label per order. NOT true according to their own website. He then said he would escalate it and do a courtesy one time return (which tells me they still couldn't locate it) and that a fee for "each" online order that is returned. Again, NOT what the website states. The website states that if you use a preprinted label from Maurices, it would be a $5.95 fee per label, not per each order. I did not use their label. He said because I hadn't provided proof that I made my own label, I would be charged. WHAT???? If Maurices sent a label, they should know what the tracking number is of those labels. Secondly, a label generated by Maurices wouldn't have MY return address on it. It would be standardized business reply labels. This is TERRIBLE business practice to sit and lie to customers rather than looking up policies. And what inspired the review, is that they are potentially defrauding customers out of money for returns and fees that they shouldn't be getting because their CS reps don't even know their own company's return policies.I did get an email confirming that I should be getting refunded, but I don't yet know if I'm actually going to have a deduction for these "fees" that ******* said I'd be getting, and nothing is showing credited yet to my card.

      They just canceled my order after 9 days of processing. There was no apology or explanation. It was just an email reading "Heads up! We canceled your order." ****************** of RUDE and incompetent people. I see a response to another person's complaint stating "I have went ahead and..." That kind of tells you what you need to know about their professionalism.

      I like the jeans & the in store experience. But, I ordered two more pairs of jeans online eight days ago and the order is still processing??? I wonder when theyll ever ship?
