      Guys, are they kidding us? We are IT vendors an we are on hold for 6!!!!!! HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!This is not acceptable, your client who pays money for that cant receive any support. If I can rate it with minus ****** stars I'll do that.Best regards Dmtiri Tier 2 Support Engineer.

      We worked with Thomson Reuters on their Super Lawyers product. They told us to expect ***** calls per month from prospective clients through their service which they track closely. This is an expensive service but would have resulted in less than $100 per call so we thought it made sense. Unfortunately, we have only received 2-3 calls per month which is over $500 per call. We have reached out to them many, many times to try and resolve the issue. It is hard to even get someone to respond. When I finally did have a call with our representatives, they told me we could cancel the service. When I followed up a month later, they said "sorry, our request was denied" and "we don't guarantee results". This is a very significant investment for our sole-proprietor law firm. Thomson Reuters has completely failed on what they promised and the worst part is that they do not care at all.

      Horrible customer service with billing and payments. Their call centers and support centers are not adequately staffed so wait times are excessive. When they make a mistake internally they leave it to you to figure it out, or send a statement with no explanations. Dinosaur company on it's failing legs, find literally anything else for your needs.
