Once again, Ron the Sewer Rat gave great service. This time it was a prevention clean out for our main line. He was in and out in 45 minutes without any issues. We will continue to do business with them.Ron the Sewer Rat, Inc.

Tim was here a year or so ago.was fantastic then. I asked for him again . He did a fantastic job . He is terrific with customers, he works hard and has a ton of patience. He is also very honest which this day and age is rare. You won’t find a better mechanic or more knowledgable . Thanks , Tim , great job again.Ron the Sewer Rat, Inc.

Communication on point from scheduling and throughout our experience. No overselling. All business directing to present issue. Orion H came in from the start with the appropriate equipment for the job. Two machines and camera. He shared the video footage with me so as a homeowner, I would be knowledgeable about 100 feet of pipe condition. No extra fee. I had just suffered from being bombarded by another company, at the top of googles list. Starts with a B. They sent out two separate guys who were inefficient. No success in clearing even a little bit! Each guy was well versed in double talk. No clear answers all hidden agenda. Ron’s tech, Orion, was very clear. He had no problems cutting through the roots quietly with patience. First a smaller knifelike tool to begin a hole. Then the larger one. The 300 lb machine cut through with a larger 4” tool. He carried it himself down the stairs no issues, no additional cost. This company is up front about time and pricing. It ended being 1/2 the price of what The B company was talking about. No trickery of a year long monthly membership of questionable results that B says you can quit at anytime, without being honest about the year long commitment. We’ve used Ron The sewer rat three times and will continue to be loyal to them. Do not be seduced by coupons for a $99 drain clean from slick talking technicians at another company. Ron’s concentrates on your immediate needs with honesty. Rare in todays economy. No sleepless nights and stressed out service calls with these guys . All straight forward! Call Ron the Sewer Rat and you’ll have no worries! I feel no stress today.Ron the Sewer Rat, Inc.

We are so glad we were able to save you some money and trouble with that other company. And while, i'm not going to push it, I will share that if you wanted to do annual maintenance, to prevent future root growth and avoid a back up, we do a discounted annual maintenance service during the January- April time frame. As long as you do it every year, within 12 months of each other. (Preventative maintenance, for a discounted rate. No obligation to do it or no monthly fees. Just a discounted rate for being proactive) No pressure, just sharing information. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.Review fromJo D

Terrific, quick work! Faced with a backed up sewer on a Friday, getting "Ron" (Well, Dalton, actually) to come out and straighten out our sewer was a tremendous relief. Prompt, courteous service - with careful attention to detail and our property, Dalton did a great job!Ron the Sewer Rat, Inc.
