I had water backed up into my basement and suspected I had a blockage in my main line that needed to be cleared. A technician was able to come out the same day and clear the line for me. He also provided me with information about the current state of the main line and advice for maintaining the line moving forward.Ron the Sewer Rat, Inc.

Jeydi P. was punctual and polite. He explained to us everything that he was going to do and how much it would cost for each service. He did not try to sell us extra unnecessary services. Amazing Customer Service from the first phone call to the final payment. Excellent excellent excellent I have been overcharged for plumbing in the past by other companies run the sewer rat tells you everything that they’re doing they give you the price upfront. Friendly, competent, trustworthy, polite, knowledgeable, respectful! Customers get all that AND clear drain pipes! Almost sounds too good to be true but it’s not. RTSR is exceptional. I’m a very happy repeat customer and highly recommend them!Ron the Sewer Rat, Inc.

Since you had heavy root growth, you might want to consider getting in our annual maintenance program.
