In February of *********************************** Princeton, ** to transfer all of my lines over from tmobile. This store is owned by RXP Wireless. I was dealing with an employee who I thought really gave a c*** about customer service. She said that all of my cell phones would be credited back via a gift card if I traded in my old devices. I did so, including 2 ******* smart watches. I did in fact receive my gift cards for the cell phones I traded in but at no time have been given my gift card or any credit for my roughly $500 in smart watches. If I had known that I wasn't going to ever get what was promised to me I would have kept them and sold them on **** or something. Now I'm out $500 + whatever I am paying every month for the new watches I got suckered in to buying at *******. I left a negative review on ****** about this and someone from the company that owns this ******* store told me to email them and more or less said they would fix this for me. I think this was just a ploy to make it look like they positively resolved my negative review and complaint because not one of my emails has ever been answered by them. It was just a sham to try to save face for my negative review. This company and their employee basically stole my 2 smart watches from me and never planned on making it right. I would like my $500 credit from them to make this right and I would like to see that employee dealt with. Shortly after I completed this transaction with her she left the store and went to their St. ******* location instead.
