      Club Pilates providing misleading information in purpose not to cancel membership. 30 day notice is required prior membership cancellation, however it doesn't mean month to month. Your contract could be 12th to 12th, or 28th to 28th as in my case. So, if you'll give the notice on the last day of the month, it does mean nothing. You'll be charged two month after that. In my case I gave my verbal notice on the 20th of May and written notice on May 31st. I found $159 charge for July!!! on my credit card. When I asked why, I was explained that my contract is 28th to 28th and because I emailed them on 31st, I have to pay for July $159. This is sound so fishy. I was even OK to prorate 2 days they think I missing, no way! They need all your money. Company is struggling financially. They don't have enough employees, so ***** location has limited classes. However they are trying to keep people hooked and charge for everything to keep afloat. ***** think twice before you sign in. It is easy to go in, but really hard to go out. Not the honest business, not healthy attitude.

      This is an unfortunate situation but was posted to the BBB for an incorrect business location. The Club Pilates ***** studio mentioned in this complaint is under different ownership than the Club Pilates Eden Prairie location which received the complaint. Each Club Pilates franchise location is independently owned and operated. We kindly ask that you remove this complaint from Club Pilates Eden Prairie. Thank you - *****
