      Fingerhut changed the names of the company from Fingerhut, to, Fingerhut Fetti and Fingerhut Advantage. When transferring my account between the 3 accounts they dropped my auto pay. I subsequently got a letter from them say I , 1. Had delinquency on my account (1 late payment) 2. Too many late payments on account, payment percentage on account to small (set up auto pay they should have taken the required minimum payment). I pay my bills on time and Fingerhut is no exception. The change in the way they do business and the differential in their business names and strategy should not have an affect on CUSTOMER accounts or credit. They offer credit to people who cant get credit, NOT MY ISSUE, and then they cause issues to over charge and make false statements. To anyone that needs to use them, BEWARE OF THE UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES, THEY CAN CAUSE YOU PROBLEMS.

      Fingerhut has been sending invoices to me for several months. I have no record of ever ordering anything from Fingerhut. I tried logging in and their website states no account is linked to my email. I have written to them several times, asking to close this account and remove the apparently fraudulent charges. They write back and simply state they have investigated (without talking to me), no fraud has occurred, and I owe them the money. They have refused to tell me what was purchased, when, or where it was sent. They demanded. in writing, that I send them a copy of my social security card and my drivers license, something no reputable company would ever request. Each month they also add charges for something called "Safeline Plus". I have no idea on how to better resolve this with Fingerhut. Fingerhut appears to be a dangerous company which doesn't take fraud seriously, and I recommend everyone avoid doing any business with them.

      I used Fingerhut to build credit. Not only did they raise my credit limit without asking me, they closed my account and opened something new called a "FETTI" account without my permission. Because my Fingerhut account was my oldest account, my credit score took a big hit because my average credit age lowered. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company for this. It ruins lives. I am very close to an FHA mortgage approval score, but thanks to this change, I probably don't qualify.

      I returned a pair of crop pants for a larger sizenever heard from them again. Fortunately I had the tracking record which I forwarded to them and it showed delivered to their ******, ** office. I forwarded to them and have never heard from them. They have lost a customer of long standing. E. Babel

      Do NOT do business with this company. They committed fraud by raising my credit limit without any form of authorization. Then I set up autopay but they messed up by putting my information incorrectly but still reported to the credit bureaus as a negative on me. They cost me 64 points in a matter of seconds. This company is very shady and predatory. Plus what they sell is insanely overpriced for such cheap items. Save yourself from the headache.

      I ordered what was supposed to have been a sterling silver personalized necklace with names and birth stones on it back in April. So here I am 4 months later and the necklace is no longer "silver" I was told that I could not return it of course or I could not even get credit for it instead of a refund. I'm very upset about this because it is simply false advertising! The description said "STERLING SILVER!" This necklace looks horrible now! I do not wear it any more!

      I had considered applying for an insurance policy offered by Fingerhut. I later realized that it was only an Accidental Death policy and did not sign the paperwork Fingerhut sent to me.
      I have been charged $90 for a quarterly premium for an account I never wanted.
      I spoke to a representative of the insurance company, Franklin *******, who assured me that the account was cancelled and that the $90 premium was cancelled.
      After repeated emails to Fingerhut, they insist upon charging me for an insurance account that I did not authorize.
      I also do not like the fact that they send catalogues with items not marked as to price. One is supposed to consult their website for the pricing. This is not good business practice.
      I will report Fingerhut to the Attorney General of the state in which they are incorporated for fraud.

      Bought a phone with a one year warranty. Screen stopped working fingerhut nor samsung with help with fixing or replacing.

      Finger hut is a predatory business, I canceled my auto pay the 3 rd of August and paid the min payment and then finger hut took another $70.00 out of my bank account. I called them the 4 th of August 2022 and they gave me a song and dance and stated it would take 14 days to credit my account which only took them 24 hours to deduct the monies from my bank account. I live on a fixed income this is just insane and needs to be addressed.
