      The staff at ************ School ********************** location lied to me. I was signing up for 9:30am class. When the class started after 1 month since I signed up, they changed it to 9:15 and the instructor without letting me know. When we get there at 9:30. The front desk lady said we are late, since they dont have make up classes, she is going to put a credit on my account. After one week, I found out that theres no credit on my accounts. The manager and the front desk ladies lied to me.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      My husband accepted that is because he wants to be nice. The reason I submitted this complaint is because your staff provided me wrong information. I was told that my account will have a credit for that class, then a week later, I was then told thats not true. Im looking for an explanation as to why I was promised something then the business was not able to provide what they promised.

      Was issued a credit due to them cancelling classes due to the weather, told that they would not refund it to our form of payment but that we could apply it to the next session we register for in the summer. I let them know that we take the summer session off and asked if we could have it applied to the fall session and was told yes. Just found out that the credit was not applied to our fall session and asked if it could be applied to winter session and was told no because it was over 6 months old and they wont honor it. They do not stand by what they say to their customers. Also asked to talk to a manager and left multiple messages and was never contacted by a manager or spoke to a manager regarding this issue just through word of mouth of their team members.

      This issue has been resolved with the customer and our ********************** leadership team has been in communication with the family to address the expired credits.  The credits have been reissued and we are reviewing our communication protocols internally.
