      Foss swim school in Woodbury is stealing money in bad faith. I am reading the review from ********** on 2/25/2022 and we are in the same boat. We spoke to **** this spring and they gave us 150 days to use up our $390 credit that we got back because they would not refund money due to COVID...would only give a credit. Well, we got COVID this summer and missed the arbitrary deadline that FOSS SWIM SCHOOL offered for the timeline. We asked for an extension and finally are in a position to use the credit. Now they are telling us tough luck...corporate says "NO credit anymore" and we should just take a hike. I asked for a manager to speak with and they advised one would call me back the next day. This happened two days ago. No call. I tried to call today and no one answers the phone. I don't understand how a business can have an A+ rating with the BBB and do stuff like this.Horrible **************** policies...stay away. Will be contacting the ************************* next.
