5 starsJeremy B was our contact person. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. We had severe hail damage to our roof and siding. I chose Options Exteriors cause they happen to be in our town and I do not regret that decision. I started the initial claim and Options took over the rest with our insurance company. Made it so easy, for us. The crews were so polite and professional. Clean-up was thorough. Jeremy even returned to check in and do final clean-ups. He kept us updated on when supplies would arrive and work would begin. Any questions or suggestions I had were listened to and answered in a timely manner. We had our roof replaced just over a year ago, passed a quality control inspection… just over a year later and we have 2 different places with water damage to our ceiling. When called to report, they thought just adding more caulk was the answer. No one has ever apologized or seemed to really care. We’ve had a really disappointing experience. Would not recommend!

We receieved a call regarding the leak on the homeowners roof. We immediately have sent a reapair tech out to address the concerns and make repairs. In his professional opinion caulking around a pipe should solve for this error. However, after discussing with the homeowner we do need to wait for a water test to see if it does solve for the issue. We also informed the homeowner that we would then address the interior issues. This is common practice for roofing companies and we have an entire production team informed and watching this concern as we always make any errors right. Leaks are our highest priority. I would ask that we do not post this review and allow our team to make the necessary corrections.Review fromGreg P

Last night Benjamin G (quality control manager) came to our home to inspect the roof that was just replaced do to hail damage.
Ben was GREAT, right from the start. We had expressed our concerns that we had do to the crew that put the roof on. Ben explained everything really well and was as concerned as we are.
Ben took pictures and assured us that these issues will be resolved.
Ben went on the roof and check out the workmanship of the installation of shingles , he made us feel really good that these shingles were installed right and that we won't have any future problems.
Ben then swept our lawn again just to make sure there wasn't any nails left over.
Ben did an excellent job and he should be proud of himself of an amazing job he doing for Options Exteriors.

I've been neglected by two other contractors and have been waiting to have my roof done since 2020. I was put off and put off and my insurance co. didn't want to pay for majority of the work. Being a small business owner, I don't have much time for the back and forth, time on phone etc. I deal with them in the automotive field every day anyways, so the last thing I really want to do is battle there. Anyways, Mike H and his team took care of the battles and headaches and back and forth at the word go. They ended up getting more covered by them as well as making the adjusters and inspectors be as throughout as possible. They kept them on task and aware of every detail possible. Mike and his team definitely went to bat for me. Anytime I would call, or message, responses were prompt and right there. Anything I didn't know or needed to know and some of the deeper dirtier questions above his pay grade, he was upfront and honest. If he didn't know off the top of his head, he knew right where to go to get me my answers. Mike and his crew got the whole process done start to finish in no time. They were more accurate and further than 2 or 3 other contractors promised since 2020 that I was just forgotten about by and pushed to side by others. I don't know why that happened, but not like my house is small by any means or wouldn't be a good money maker but who knows. I will definitely use Mike and his crew in the future! AND they completed my roof, start to finish, in bout 10 hours. Like I said, definitely not a small job. Clean-up was like they were never even here. I'm sure I'm leaving out more positive things I could say about the whole experience, but Impressive is an understatement! From start to finish, kudos and thank you tons!Options Exteriors

I recently had my roof re-shingled by Options Exteriors. It was a great experience from start to finish. Devlin G made the process so painless and easy. Devlin and OP have the qualities I feel are very important in any service provider: great people skills, honesty, knowledge, friendliness, and a strong work ethic. Due to a hail storm on March 31, 2023, my home needed a new roof and gutters, in addition to some other damage, all covered by insurance. Jeremy B**** from Options Exteriors dropped by, made a thorough inspection, and started the claim process with my insurance company, met with the insurance adjustor, and was instrumental in getting a very fair settlement. He lined up crews and materials delivery and I had a new roof and gutters in short order. I was so pleased with the results that I engaged Options Exteriors for replacement of siding, out of pocket. When there was an issue on that job, Options stood by their work and took care of it, without additional charge. All jobs were billed as quoted, no overages.
While everyone I worked with at Options was professional and thorough, I would especially commend Jeremy for his meticulous attention to detail and masterful ability to work with insurance companies, from initiation of the claim through to making sure that the hold-back was disbursed after work was completed. I also greatly appreciate Julia B**** for her timely updates on materials delivery and when crews would be onsite, in addition to preparation instructions ahead of crew arrival and how long I could expect the job to take. I teach music lessons at my home, so this information was crucial in allowing me to reschedule lessons around the noisy and busy construction work.
I highly recommend Options Exteriors, have referred a customer to them already (similar jobs, he was also very pleased with his experience with Options), and will continue to so. –Alan ******Options Exteriors

Last summer, it appeared that we had a leak around our skylight, so we contacted Options Exteriors to get the skylight replaced since they had done a good job on the roof and we liked working with the project manager, Louis ****** Louis was able to fit us into the schedule quickly so that we did not have to wait out any storms and incur more damage inside on our bathroom ceiling. We are grateful that there was only minimal damage due to his quick response. Having a new roof and a new skylight makes us feel confident we can weather any storms to come and not have to worry! It was a pleasure working with Louis - he always made us feel comfortable and confident that he knew all the aspects of his job from coordinating things with the insurance company to getting the materials and handling the crew. He documented all the work by taking photos of the job with a drone. Louis always responded to my texts in a timely manner and patiently answered answered all my questions.Options Exteriors
