I have lived at this address for seven years and have never had issues with my roof or wild life in it until this fall. In early summer, a representative of Options Exteriors came to my home, inspected the roof and I contracted with the company to replace the roof because of hail damage. The roof was replaced in late August. In early fall, I noticed noise in my roof that sounded like an animal. I looked for a possible entry point and found a hole in my siding just below the roof where it appeared a hammer had hit my siding. It is only visible from the stairs on my retaining wall. It was closed, but the movement in the roof continued. I contacted a pest control company and they said I would have to contact a wildlife control business because squirrels are protected. The company came out and found eight access points in my joists where animals could come in. He went into the attic and found fresh bat dropping and squirrel dropping and a stash of walnuts. The joists had 8 access points large enough to put his hand in. In addition, In November the pipe in my main floor laundry room separated from my gas water heater after a substantial dip in temperature. This allowed fumes from the water heater to escape into my house. The service man that came to my home stated that this could only happen if the the fitting around the pipe was not done correctly when the roof was replaced because it does not allow for expansion and contraction of the pipe with the change in temperature. I contacted Options and they stated that they would arrange to come and fix the problems, but that would still leave me with the animals in my attic and considering the number of issues I have with my "new" roof I feel like the fix would not be any better then the original job they did. Nor do I believe they could fix the problem because bats are protected wildlife. I have pictures and written documentation from my service contractor which I sent to Options.

I worked with Jeremy ***** at Options Exteriors for reroofing my house, garage and shed after a major hailstorm. Jeremy was fantastic! He assessed the damage, was present when the insurance adjuster came, and got the project scheduled quickly. The team arrived in the morning and by evening I had new roofing on all the structures! The workers were conscientious, respectful of my property, and did a great job. Jeremy also filed all the paperwork with the insurance company for the initial payment and afterwards to recoup the recoverable depreciation cost. I would definitely recommend Jeremy and Options Exteriors!Options Exteriors

Jeremy ***** of Options Exteriors was the consultant on our project of a new roof, new siding and gutter replacement in the fall of 2023. Jeremy walked us through this project very capably. He worked with our insurance company very well and made sure that all of the work was done in a timely and professional manner. He came to a home frequently to check on the quality and progress of work. After the roofers cleaned up debris and got nails out of the grass, Jeremy came over and worked more on getting all the nails and debris.
We don't know how we could have done this without Jeremy. Thank you so much.Options Exteriors

Jeremy is a man of his word. When he says that something will get done; it gets done. He has a great amount of talent and know how in many aspects; including helping me figure out the insurance process. To go along with that, he has a fine crew who did a great job on the roofs of our house and our shed. He was very thorough in making sure that the work was done properly. and that the premises were cleaned up satisfactorily.Options Exteriors

Project consultant & team lead Jason along with Eduardo was exceptional! After storm damage occured, two other contractors had failed us and we noticed anyone in the neighborhood getting work done by Options Exteriors was completed in a timely manner, so we called Options. Jason assured us not to worry. He is knowledgeable, worked with our insurance company, communicated well, answered all of our questions, professional & trustworthy. The working crew was on time, laid tarps down to catch debris & cleaned up after. I give 5 stars. All work was completed as promised. I'm very thankful and would recommend them 100 percent. Thank you Jason for all your hard work, your the best!

They do horrible work! There were so many nails & staples left behind on the yard & driveway that we hired someone to come help clean it up. They never finished the Job and want to charge me for items that were not completed! They put the siding on wrong, seams facing different ways on each side of the house & damaged the lawn, by leaving their materials on my lawn for weeks and said it is not their fault as they, can damage the property. They fraudulently stated i Ensigned a contract with them and I never signed the restoration contract with them. They are asking me to pay more $$ than the work that was done. They are charging double for the work that needs to be done. 4 garage doors would cost me from the same company 7500 & they are saying it will cost them 14,000.00 for the same 4 doors. they did not put them in but want me to pay for them.Options Exteriors

Our neighborhood recently had a series of hailstorms with high winds and golf ball sized hail. This caused roof damage to a number of homes and Options Exteriors was working at several homes on our street. I wasn’t convinced that we had sustained any significant damage, but a friend convinced me to have our home and barn checked. Devlin VG was a roof specialist who had helped neighbors in previous years and was highly regarded and recommended by friends. He came by and offered to do a roof inspection. He climbed up both of our buildings, taking numerous pictures that he shared with us. Afterwards, he sat down with us, reviewed the images and he pointed out the areas of damage. I was initially skeptical, so I did some online analysis on roof damage, researched the company (they had an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau) and read some of the online reviews. My skepticism was quickly put to rest. I then contacted our insurance company and forwarded the company some of the pictures that Devlin had taken.
Long story short, our insurance company reviewed the pictures and then sent out their own adjuster who also concluded that we had sustained sufficient damage that we should have the roof replaced. We then sat down with Devlin to talk about the details. Devlin provided us various durability options, a variety of color combinations and he was informative without being pushy or seeming like he was trying to close a sale. When we had our insurance companies’ approval and financing, we set up a date and amazingly, the old roof was removed and a new, more durable roof was in place in less than a day. The workers were extremely friendly, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. The whole operation was professional, organized and efficient. Devlin circled back multiple times to make sure we were happy with the work & results.
With the quality of Options Exteriors work, we added to the value and the beauty of our home.
