  A debt showed on my credit report via Radius Global Solutions. I was told I had to verify my identity and provide a credit card to pay a $1 one time processing fee. I told her I didn’t trust it, she said it was a recorded line and she had a license to protect. I provided the information but stated more than once that she was not authorized to charge anything other than the $1 to my card since we were on a recorded line. I saw the dollar come through as we held our conversation. Then, of course she tried to sell me their services of credit monitoring/repair which I declined. I found out who their original debtor was, and I ended the call. Last night, five days after the original call, in the middle of the night I see a fee come through for what’s called identity IQ for my “monthly subscription” of 26.99, same name that took out the $1 I agreed to. I NEVER authorized this. These people are SCAM ARTISTS!!

  this company was hired by eversource to collect payment for my final bill. they offer me a 50% reduction to settle my account if payment was made by a certain date, which i accepted within the stated timeframe. that amount was paid to eversource approximately 10 days later. 2 days after that, i received an bill from eversource requesting the rest of the balance that was supposed to be settled with RGS. when i contacted radius to ask why they hadn’t communicated the settlement to eversource, they hung up on me. beware of fraudulent settlement offers!!!

  They offered a settlement and I agreed and payed. I have called everyday since to get documentation showing settlement to show proof of resolved debt for home loan and every day they’ve said it’s sent and will take 24-48 hours and every day I’ve not received it. They are deceiving me by saying they’re sending it and don’t. Otherwise I’ve had it by now.

  Radius Global Solutions LLC Minneapolis received letter to make a payment and the website address they put on the letter sends you to a webpage and you put in the reference number and it brings up another webpage that just says how to contact them. Nothing about where to make the payment on line. Called the company and the person that answered didn't want to talk to me since I wouldn't say who I was. Kept telling the person the webpage isn't working and they need to let their IT department know. She took no effort to contact that department. Used their chat on line and told the person the same thing and all they kept saying was to call them. The company is very unprofessional when you just want to make the payment on line.

  This company was hired by AT&T to collect a debt of $3,035.69! And said the debt as accrued since November 2022! I don't have ANY AT&T products. I immediately thought someone stole my identity. Then they routed me to their fraud team. After my husband spend 15 minutes researching the addresses, phone number, and email address, that Radius Global Solutions associated with the debt. he figured out Radius Global Solutions, LLC screwed up! (It wasn't fraud at all.) The INCOMPETENT company associated my name and number with the person who has the same first and last name me, and we are about the same age. When I called them back to let them know what we found out, the representative just said that's not your account, and we won't bother you again. The representative wasn't interested in figuring out that the additional information we figured out. Honestly, AT&T is wasting their money paying this company to collect debt. If I could give them lower than a 1 Star Rating I would.

  I’m glad I recorded the call on my end. I called for the fact that I saw Radius Global Solutions report to my credit report. A woman named Suzy answered - she asked me for my name and I gave it to her. I advised her that I am calling because I see them reporting on my credit report. This is her answer- Radius Solutions never reports to the credit unions or credit? Is this company even legit? Giving out misinformation is detrimental to a debt company via FDCPA.
  Also, sound quality was so horrible it sounded like I was on speaker with a baby or tv in the background. It sounds like a scam and I hope the BBB will check into this because people’s finances are being at risk due to this company.

  I had a gentleman call me last week. I advised them I had submitted information to their customer and I'm waiting for them to responded to my H-cap(financial assistance) paperwork. I asked for them to not call me anymore about this matter. Today I received 2 calls from them. The first person hung up. The second person kept telling her supervisor was too busy to talk to me. They violated fair debt collection laws by continuing to call me after I asked for no more additional calls. I called the hospital they have my paperwork & it was approved for financial assistance. They agreed with me I should not been called by Radius Global anymore.

  I look at my credit report and it was down and when I look it up these people had an open account for me and it read $488 dollars. I have never heard of them and I definitely don't have an account with them. They are trying to scam me for money. I pay my bills. Common sense would say if I pay all my other bills on time why am I not paying them.
  Because I don't have a account with them.

  This company was hired from envision. They lied and told me that our insurance company denied a claim that was filed. That my insurance company sent me letters and phone calls to state they are denying the claim. We never received anything. That my son owed 316.29. I called the insurance company to verify and they said they never received a claim from the doctor or envision for anything in that amount. My insurance company then called them to notify them that they never received a claim and gave them the information they need to bill them. Upon reading other reviews, this company along with envision seems to be a scam that is allowed to effect your credit. Who is going to do something about this??

  Today I received a notification for a credit alert stating that a collection was placed on my credit report. After researching, Radius Global had placed the collection for the amount of $326. I have never received any documentation regarding this account or have any knowledge of this business. I want this removed immediately. I am extremely tired of companies being permitted to do this to people. There needs to be a law that protects consumers from this activity.
