  Got a random call from a man named Patrick asking me to verify my information with them on a recorded line. I asked for the name of the company and then my call dropped. I called back and when I spoke with the receptionists, she mentioned she could not discuss details with me because of compliance and that I only stated my first name when I introduced myself. I was transferred back to Patrick and I asked for more details about the call, explaining that I get lots of fraudulent, phishing or sales calls, he immediately said it was not a fraudulent call, at which I replied, that's exactly what the other fraudulent callers say. He quickly replied with "I'll just remove your name from our list" and gave no further explanation before ending the call. Pretty weird vibes from this call. If they are debt collectors, they are not very good at explaining what needs to be collected. If they are spammers, beware, they had my personal information.

  Ms. W****, Radius Global Solutions, LLC talked with me on 10/22/2024. It was about Capital One Bank stealing from me because I am elderly. My bank refunded my money because there was never anything purchased. But Capital One Bank sent out this business to try to collect money that is not owed to them. Ms. W**** went into a state of mind not to try to understand that. Therefore, she tried to extort $216.28 out of me. I believe they should be brought to justice and financially penalized for their actions.

  This company has incredibly rude people. I understand they probably deal with rude people themselves having to chase down customers for payment however their treatment from the start is horrible. When I took the call the lady was so rude when I told her I was happy to make a payment even though I thought I was in good standing with my bills. Since I do not know of Radius Global Solutions I asked for a reference number to confirm this outstanding bill. She gave me the incorrect reference number and was telling me that it was my problem I could not confirm this outstanding balance!!! I spoke with a supervisor after who CONFIRMED she gave me the wrong reference number. If I was rude to them I can understand also getting the same treatment back however I was so kind and even had to remind the employee calling ME to be KIND on the phone. Terrible customer service.

  This company sent me a letter about debt for $129.00
  And this is not real.
  I don't have any account.
  I called the phone number listed in the letter and they ask me my date of birth. And I'm not going to provide it to you.
  I think it's identity theft.

  beware of radius global solutions!!!! I don't even know who this company but noticed they were on my credit report for an account i never had i disputed with transunion for amount over 1500 i would give 0 rating

  I was contacted by Radius Global Solutions about a debt owed to a physician, (of which I knew nothing about). Their letter stated the charge was 80.00 but if I paid it right away it would only be 40.00. I spoke to them on 7/22 and agreed to pay the 40.00. However they took the full 80.00 out of my account. I called and spoke to a manager on 7/29 who apologized and said they would refund the 40.00. As of today, 8/9, I have not received the refund.
  When you call them the recording states that all calls are recorded, well if that's the case, they should be able to hear me only authorizing the 40.00. They fraudulently took an extra 40.00 from my account.

  I have a derogatory account on my credit report for ATT and I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ATT ACCOUNT! I’ve disputed this before with different collection agencies but here it is again.

  Call/Text/letters.... when contact they ask me to verify info.... I simply ask them to provide the info they want me to verify as they have not given it to me.... they say b/d and SS.... I say to verify those you have to give me the info ..... they refuse to provide the info they asking me to verify.... How can I verify (check the accuracy or correctness of) information they refuse to provide?... If they want me to provide my personal info so they can verify, well that is not happening....

  My wife and I keep getting calls from Radius Global Solutions. Problem is they keep asking for our son, who has been married and living 200 miles from us. He has been left home for over 20 years. We have never co-signed for a loan or anything for him since he moved. I did cosign for a car when he attended college in 1999/2000. That's over 23 years ago and we are getting calls wanting to talk to our son. We block their number and a few days later ,they call again from a different number. I have ask them to quit calling and advised them the number they are calling is not his, when I ask them what it's about,they refuse to tell me. So I tell them if they won't tell me what the call is about, I am not giving them any information on my son, name,phone or address. The girl has a very strong foreign accent, and talks super fast. I read where this company records were hacked, I done a reverse lookup on the number, shows no owner ,no exchange so I think it's possible scammer using the companies name. It needs to STOP.
