    This company is absolutely horrible. I was under a home warranty. They replaced the water heater under the home warranty and took 2 months to replace, it even though I had NO hot water! A few months later teh hot water heater stopped working properly, they came without saying a word to me, went downstairs (supposedly fixed it) and left without a word or any paperwork saying what they did. The water heater is now flooding my basement. I called them saying I hoped they would honor their work. The guy that came said it would be out of pocket. This business should NOT be in business. Horrible!! I am hiring a reputable plumber to install the water heater and will be suing Apollo Plumbing for the cost.

    We became acquainted with ********************** through her contract with *****************. We were assigned her work order for a water heater on 9/19/22. A technician was dispatched on 9/21/22 and the water heater was inspected. We submitted to her home warranty that the water heater was leaking and would need to be replaced. Her home warranty approved the unit for replacement on 9/23/22. ************************ water heater was purchased by *****************. We picked up the unit from ********** on 10/3/22 and installed it that day. The work order was completed on 10/3/22. HSA assigned a new service request on 1/12/23, for the water heater and a technician was dispatched on 1/13/23. Upon arrival, ********************** informed ************** that she had been experiencing a rotten egg smell in her water. She had a ******** service technician come out to test her water softening system and he determined the ******** system was working fine, the water heater was the problem.************** inspected the water heater and felt it could be the anode rod,so a replacement rod was ordered, and it was installed on 1/31/23. *********************** next work order was completed on 1/31/23. On 11/17/23, ********************* called our office directly to inform us that water was pooling under and around the water heater. She also mentioned she no longer had her home warranty contract. So as a courtesy to her, since we installed the water heater, we dispatched a technician. When the technician arrived at *********************** home on 11/20/23, she informed him that she had a warranty replacement water heater from the manufacturer waiting to be installed. The technician told ********************** that we can certainly install the water heater for her, but the manufacturer does not cover the labor to replace the unit and we only warranty our labor for one year. Her reply was that she would have someone else install the unit and send us the bill. To date, we have not received any further communication from **********************.
