    I purchased a few items from them but the item in dispute is the battery I paid ***** plus tax and its a bad battery it wont charge no matter what so I emails them and they just **** me off to the manufacturer for the issue, no way to do business bad practices. All I want is what I paid this company for which is a working product, they took my money and should handle the issue not me. I want a good battery I dont need extra charges for shipping or returns for a bad product.     Hello,

    Per our conversation, we have provided the details to you regarding the replacement of the battery given it is defective.  Customer is unwilling to follow the process that we outline via our website along with the detailed instructions that we sent to them via email.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    They are unwilling to do the right thing and stand by their products and they should replace battery and deal with the faulty one
