    I recently ordered a Traxxas Slash Maxx. During the shipping, the product was lost. RC superstore filed a claim. After a week or two the claim was finally approved by ***** and a refund was granted to RC Superstore. RC superstore then refunded me minus the shipping cost. Stating their refund/return policy as a reason that I had to pay the shipping. In my opinion the return/refund policy would be applicable if the product made it to my house and returned it, this never happened. Additionally, communication with the seller was difficult. Times the business said it was open but the voicemail would play a sorry were closed. I called for a week straight at random times and left voicemails with no returned call. I have bought several products from this business and would like to continue but until I receive a refund of the shipping cost it will be hard to bring myself to do that.

    Hello.

    Our store had numerous conversations with this customer during the lost package process.  Once we were notified that he did not receive his package we immediately started the processes with ***** to investigate the delivery and come to a conclusion if it was delivered or not.  Once they stated it was not delivered, we then stated we offer a full replacement of the order.  The customer declined the replacement and stated he wanted to treat it as a return and he would purchase the item from a different store.  We advised it would then fall under our return policy, which is fully noted on our website.  The customer still declined to have the replacement shipped to him and he wanted to process the return/refund of his order.  That is when we completed the refund.  Here is the policy we also shared with him.

    There is a ***** hub that has been bad about losing packages. Sending a replacement would not have fixed the issue and wouldve resulted in another lost package. A full refund was the option that was best for me. The refund/return policy doesnt fit when you dont receive a package to begin with. Im not saying the package getting lost is this stores problem but in that instance you should offer a full refund.

    I ordered a Traxxas udr from here in march I never received it. I contacted Rc superstore they filed a claim with **** Since then its a 12 to 24 turnaround to get a message answered and thats if they answer. They say they have been in contact with *** and its closed, that *** didnt need anything else so I decided this morning to call *** myself. I was told that a refund was issued to Rc superstore on 3/30/2023. So I have tried all day today to contact Rc superstore they never answer the phone and I have the call logs to back that up. The customer service and communication is the worst I have ever seen. I still do t have a clue what they are doing and why they dont just call *** and verify that the refund was sent and send my items. On a side note you stand a better chance of getting the president of ***************** on phone than you do those folks sure they will take your money quick fast and in a hurry but if something goes wrong you could go to china and build it yourself the. Bring it back faster than you will get answer from this company. There is a lot of other companies that will answer the phone and take care of the customers far greater than they will. To day is 4/14/2023 so plenty of time has passed for them to correct this. Beware

    Hello,We have been in communication with this customer during the process and have since cleared up the miscommunication between *** and that of the investigation. As of this morning, this issue has been resolved with the customer and nothing further is needed at this time as we have resolved it based on the request by the customer.
